Drew is the most top notch, honest, and trustworthy collision repair person I've ever met. My husband has been to see Drew on several occasions, and his work is impeccable and precise. He does it right. Drew went way above and beyond to take a look at the mark on the entire right side of my vehicle, which he proceeded to have buffed out at no charge. I was shocked, impressed, and extremely grateful considering someone looked to intentionally do that to my car. I've seen Drew's work on husband's car, and now mine, and I would rec him, hands down, over anyone else, period.

When you move over 1100 miles there are many things you loose in that move. One of them happens to be you local auto body shop. I realized this when I got into a fender bender on May 1st. My Charger had received significant damage and unlike living in my previous state, I had no one to turn to for help. This is when I turned to yelp to start my search. I came across many repair shops and put in calls, some were too busy, some couldn't get to my car for weeks. When I called DB Orlando Collision Center, they were very kind and worked me into their schedule. This was a shot in the dark for me, all I had to go on was their YELP reviews. Meeting with the owner when my car arrived at their place, he reassured me that he was going to make my car like it was new again. Not only would he work with the insurance company, he would also keep me in the loop as to what was going on. And he did exactly that. I couldn't ask for any more updates on what was going on with my vehicle at all times. They made sure that I was in the loop. In the end, I picked up my vehicle when I was told it would be ready and was blown away at the quality of work. My worries were gone. I now had a auto body shop in Florida on my list if I ever needed one. I highly recommend DB Orlando Collision Center for your auto needs. They are kind, friendly and very professional and deserve every "star" in this review. Thank you very much for making my car whole again. One last thought, the shop is amazingly clean. The owner obviously takes a lot of pride in his shop. They did an excellent job, painting the hood of my car. The paint match was perfect, and the job was completed on time. Will gladly use them again.

Excellent service! My car had a little problem with a service they provided previously but as soon as I took the car back I was reassured that it was going to get fix that same day, and it was. I was not upset at all that I had to go back because the owner explained exactly what went wrong the first time, how he was going to fix it and that I have lifetime guarantee on the job they did. The price was definitely much more affordable than what other places where charging, so even if I had to go back to them it gave me peace of mind knowing that I didn't have to pay extra for that same service and I received a car detailing service after the first time and the second time they wash it. The receptionist was really nice. I took my car in spring 2017.

After being rear ended by a Lexus SUV and having a needed repair to my rear bumper I checked out yelp and found some great reviews for DB Orlando collision center. I was very impressed by the owner and his staff. Not only was the repair clearly communicated up front, but my truck was finished on time and the workmanship was excellent. DB collision handled everything from the securing of the rental vehicle as well as the insurance claim with the other parties insurance company. One of the only area places that does both body and mechanical work. After my accident they worked directly with my insurance company, and were able to push back against the low balled insurance company estimates. Even with a hurricane hitting, they got my car out in time.

From the start Drew and the staff at DB Orlando Collision Center were friendly and helpful. Drew was very responsive to emails and calls setting up to get my new truck which had $10k+ worth of hail damage in to get repaired. Every step of the process was night and day compared to our horrible experience with a local GMC dealership who took 3 months to repair our Tahoe with $12k+ worth of hail damage. My truck was restored to the condition it was before it was damaged. Customer service and quality of work is huge to me. Drew and the staff here nailed that. I hope I don't have to have my vehicles repaired again but if I do I know have DB Orlando Collision who will do the job right the first time and treat you the way customers should be treated.
