I have been here twice and I have to say this is the most amazing auto collision company I have experienced. They are educated, humble and all around good people that work here . Drew is a wonderful human being who truly cares for the people that come into his shop , he does most of the quotes himself and him and his team handle the insurance . They get you where you need to be . I recommend this company to EVERYONE I know that needs it , even if they don’t need it I give people the card so that when they do need it , it’s there .

This review is long overdue as I brought my car to DB Collision well over a year ago. But I feel I owe them a great review because of the outstanding service I received. I had accidentally run over a curb in Tampa and I needed a diagnostic test to find out if there was any irreparable damage. DB performed the test for a very reasonable price, and Drew, the owner of the company, delivered the car to my house when the test had been completed, which I did not expect him to do. And he explained everything in detail upon delivery of my vehicle. What is more, they found that my brakes were in pretty bad shape and replaced the brake pads, I believe at no extra charge except perhaps to pay for parts... it's been so long I can't remember. But, bottom line, DB Collision is a company you can trust to provide amazing service at a reasonable price.

Don’t know if Drew knows it but he is definitely blessed. When the insurance company of the guilty driver tried to “Do me DIRTY” - Drew had my B.B’s back. I am not materialistic in any way but I do work hard 24/7/365 at staying in line w/ being of service to TMH & LORD knows the suffering I have endured to maintain my blessed RAM 1500 2016 - paid for so that I can be of service, work & be a parent. I say all that to say that it’s company’s like DB that I depend on in order to get things done correctly and realistically. LORD knows I shed blood, sweat and tears to pay my bills & my vehicle is just as important as my home right about now so it’s not fair when these insurance companies try to get away w/ trying to get away w/ not doing their job actually repair a vehicle and not just stick on whatever looks like it works & force us to accept an incomplete repair. I may have been a tad nervous just worried that my Beautiful Beast would show battle “scars” but NOPE - Drew restored my momma and it’s as if nothing ever happened. Peace of mind is what DB offers - Peace of mind that my vehicle was in great hands when at first I wasn’t sure. But the results speak for themselves... Thank you DB for being reliable. I already handed out about 4 of your business cards to coworkers and I’m not one to promote anyone - but you all earned it. I appreciate the TLC you gave my B.B. - I truly do. Can't say enough about the great experience I had with DB. Their customer service is above and beyond. They explained every step of the process, saved my car from being totaled, and lent me a loaner car while my car was being worked on. Definitely recommend.

They are amazing! They repaired my 2015 BMW 428i and it looks exactly like it did before I was hit. I was amazed at their service, they are so friendly and this will be my place to go for ALL body work. They worked directly with the insurance company and I did not have to lift a finger. A few weeks after they repaired my car I had a small dent on my driver door and they removed it for less than what I was quoted over the phone. Thank you for treating me with respect and class EVEYTIME I visit. They also offer a life time warranty on any work they completed which I think speaks volume. Drew and his team is the best in the business you can do no wrong by allowing them to repair you’re car. Btw: that day I came in to get the dent removed I was left a nice little surprise which shows these guys are creative with showing they truly appreciate their customers. 🥀
