This place is hands down the best collision center I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism is outstanding. Their work is also incredible. They have kept me up to date every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car they showed me 196 pictures of the entire process. I felt very comfortable driving off. Also the cutest part, was the rose they leave in your ca . What a cute touch. Thank you to the entire team there.

Had a small fender bender that I almost didn’t repair. But I knew I wanted my car to look nice, so after shopping around for body shops I found DB auto body. From the initial consultation I knew this is where I would have my car repaired. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly! Once the repair was done, I almost cried. It like like it had just left the showroom!!! The were not only fast but they stand by their work. Thank you for everything!!

Drew and team are top notch, highly professional, and always attentive to the needs of their customers. I had the front bumper on my 2009 Mercedes repaired at Orlando Collision 2 weeks ago. They finished the entire repair, body and paint work, in just 2 days. Simply outstanding experience!!

This place hands down took care of my van with such professionalism and amazing customer service. Keisha was such a pleasure to work with and beyond accommodating. Travis went beyond to answer my questions and concerns. I hope not to be back for an accident but if I need repairs I will be back. I had to have some work done on my car and it had been years since I had gone through this. I checked out a couple of places my insurance agent recommended and then I checked yelp and read the ratings. DB Orlando was #1 and had great ratings so I figured I would try them too. Drew walked me through the estimate and the detail of which they go through to make your car perfect. For my situation he couldn't give me an estimate because as he put it, once we pull back the bumpers there could be more damage we can't see and thus the customer gets frustrated at the increased cost. So I got his point, but honestly was tough to compare DB to others without an estimate. I trusted my instincts and decided to go with DB Orlando over other options. I am so glad I did. They were incredibly detailed, took pictures along the way, any single place there was a scratch or slight damage they replaced, etc. They even digitally measured the car to make sure the frame hadn't been impacted, wow! In the end the car was a good if not better than when I received it. And they had a loaner car feature that worked for my teenage daughter. All in all great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, just hopefully no time soon. :)

I had the greatest experience here at DB Auto collision. I had gotten into an accident and they helped me take care of all of the details to get my issue fixed. They have excellent customer service.They made me feel at peace in a situation that was very stressful for me, would never go anyplace else in the future.

I saw the other reviews and thought I would get the same great service! When I called in to make an estimate appt, I asked if I can just drop off the car and come back when its ready. I was told no and my appt time would be adhered to. Well, I waited for an hour and the receptionist was polite and several times tried to find someone, but no one was around. After an hour of waiting and no answer as to when someone would show up for my appointment, I had to leave and will take my business elsewhere. I guess I should have known better!!!

Can't say enough about the great experience I had with DB. Their customer service is above and beyond. They explained every step of the process, saved my car from being totaled, and lent me a loaner car while my car was being worked on. Definitely recommend.
