Orlando Auto Repair

I don't normally write reviews (positive or negative) but I was compelled to write this review simply because of the extraordinary service I received at DB Orlando Collision. My car was recently involved in a collision and I did not have collision coverage - OUCH! I was terrified about the repair cost and more terrified about getting ripped off by a cheap, sleazy repair shop. The collision was bad enough that the car could not be taken from one shop to another without a tow truck. So I spent hours researching online to look for the BEST repair shop in Orlando and I came across DB: The only place in Orlando with *ALL* 5-star reviews. I took my chances here, because I knew that dealing with an honest shop meant that I did not have to pay hefty towing costs to get multiple estimates. Plus, DB did not charge me to get an estimate. Soon enough, I got an estimate from Drew along with a full explanation in layman's terms on what needed to be repaired and why. Drew was kind enough to let me order my parts and work with me to give me a *more than fair* price on labor/installation. Drew also did not charge me storage fees for the car, while the parts were being shipped. He did NOT nickle and dime me. In my conversations with Drew - I found him to be honest, sincere and knowledgeable. He realizes the importance of amazing his customers and maintaining a pristine reputation. Most important of all - he clearly puts his customer's best interest above everything else and that is why I believe his business will be around for a long, long time. I'm lucky to have found Drew and am very grateful for his repair service. If you're lucky enough to have come across DB Orlando Collision, look no further - you've found THE place in Orlando to get your car repaired.

Drew is the most top notch, honest, and trustworthy collision repair person I've ever met. My husband has been to see Drew on several occasions, and his work is impeccable and precise. He does it right. Drew went way above and beyond to take a look at the mark on the entire right side of my vehicle, which he proceeded to have buffed out at no charge. I was shocked, impressed, and extremely grateful considering someone looked to intentionally do that to my car. I've seen Drew's work on husband's car, and now mine, and I would rec him, hands down, over anyone else, period.

I am very impressed by DB Collision, the staff was professional, friendly, and communicative. The best part is that my car actually looks better than before my accident, I absolutely could not be happier. Drew and Keisha and the rest of the company go above and beyond for their customers. Perhaps the repair process was longer than I was expecting, but it was more than worth it, and I would go back in a heartbeat. I couldn't believe the reviews when I found a body shop with such high ratings, but they deserve them.

I cannot say enough good things about Drew and his team. I had never been in an accident before but low and behold my brand new Lexus NX was rear ended. I did not have a clue where to begin in this stressful process but I came straight to Yelp to find a reputable company. I completely see why this is a top rated collision center. Drew walked me through the process and to his word, worked everything out with the insurance company. My vehicle is as good as new and I am a completely satisfied customer. I recommend seeing Drew if you ever find yourself in this situation. Especially ladies like myself that always worry about being taken advantage of. You won't have to worry about that here.
