Excellent! Took my Honda Civic here after it was involved in an accident based on a recommendation from a friend. Drew and the front office staff are very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me, and dealt directly with my insurance company. Unlike many other shops they are quick to respond to questions via phone or email. Would definitely recommend DB Orlando Collision.

He provided me accurate information with completely honest advice. His estimate and how to deal with my insurance company was spot on. I put complete trust in him and did not regret it one bit. Great work at a great price I would recommend and bring my business here again. Family-owned business and the guy that runs the place is hard working and honest. He was upfront with everything and when I received the car the turn light had gone out and they took care of it right away with a smile.

DB Orlando Collision did an outstanding job repairing my rear bumper from a collision. Drew was so helpful and explain clearly what needed to be done. I arrived to pick up my car to find my vehicle repaired like nothing happened and not only repaired but also cleaned/detailed without asking for it. Was referred to DB by a friend of mine after getting in a car accident. The front end of my Dodge Avenger was clipped off and the left fender was scrunched. Called DB to setup an appointment and they got me in very quickly. It was during the Thanksgiving holiday, but the staff was able to work with my insurance company and also get my car done promptly. When I got my car back, I thought I had a brand new car. If I could post before and after pictures to this review it would really help you see how fantastic of a job they did. Staff was also very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I would definitely go here again and refer them to anyone in need.

Wow. Blown away by the finished product! Wish I had gone here earlier and saved myself the trouble of going to other shops and wasting my money there. The people here at db collision center are some of the kindest people I've met. Definitely will work with you to make sure your car comes out the way YOU want. Drew, the owner, made sure that everything I wanted came into fruition. I brought in aftermarket polyurethane side skirts, aftermarket fiberglass rear bumper, and an impacted polyurethane front bumper. He made EVERYTHING fit like FACTORY! Honestly was surprised because another shop I went to wouldn't even touch polyurethane then a shop that did, did a crummy job. He corrected all their mistakes and detailed the car inside and out. AND cleaned up my headlights, free of charge! The paint even comes with a lifetime warranty! Not the cheapest, but you really are paying for quality. Definitely will come back here for my automotive custom needs and will DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone in the area wanting either to fix up their car or make it truly their own. 5 stars!

I was extremely happy with both the customer service and the quality of workmanship and I was pleasantly surprised that when I went to pick up my truck it was all cleaned up. The truck had been washed and the tires were shiny. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
