db Orlando took care of my Camaro after I was "bumped" by someone in the parking lot at work leaving the side of my car dented and missing paint. I love my car and was very worried about having cosmetic work done on her, but db made me feel right at home. I went in for the original quote and they went over everything in detail and discussed my options. I had to wait a couple of weeks for one of their loaner cars to be available, but I was not in a rush so that was not a problem at all. They estimated it would take approximately two weeks, so I was thrilled when they finished it in just one week. However, my happiest surprise was seeing the work actually completed. The entire quarter panel/side of my yellow Camaro looks brand new! The paint is gorgeous and the only way you'd ever know that it had any work done is because it's the only part without a single mark on it! They even fixed another part of the fender that was not part of where I was "bumped" at work, with no extra charge. While I hope I never need any collision work again, I have no doubt that I will use db if I ever need them and have already recommended them to others. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Drew is terrific. No short cuts. Takes restoring cars to their original condition very seriously. Their Facebook page is updating with good industry information as well, such as things to be aware off that insurance companies do to save money at your expense. I bring my 2004 F150 their for service as well.

I wanted to take a moment and recognize DB Orlando Collision Center for outstanding customer service. About a month ago, I got in a car accident. I wasn’t sure who I should take my car too in order to get it repaired. I checked google and a shop across town had the best reviews. I decided to check them out and I’m glad that I did. DB Orlando Collision Center helped me 100% throughout the process. They set me up with a FREE rental car, they fought my insurance company when they tried to lowball on the cost of repairs and they even gave me a great deal on some additional work that I wanted done. Their President Andrew Bryant was a pleasure to work with as well as the rest of their staff. They explained everything in the process to me and gave me regular updates on the work, as well as took photos and documented the entire repair process so that I knew exactly what was being done. At the end, they even left a rose in my car. Talk about a great company. I know that if I ever need work done again, there is an auto body shop that I can actually TRUST.

Had my 2017 Mustang GT brought here after a hydroplaning accident. The car was declared totaled by the insurance company (Progressive) and Drew and his team at db Orlando Collision Center provided an enormous amount of help and support in regards to the next steps. The insurance, unsurprisingly, made a low ball settlement offer and I decided to invoke independent appraisal which helped me get $1500 more for the car. This process took close to two months to complete and my car remained here at the shop. db Orlando Collision Center is one of the most professional and caring companies I've ever done business with and I will not think twice about where to bring my car to next time.

Let me just say, I first went to different body shop, I had no appointment and I was turned away since I didn't have an appointment. I was pointed to another location of this same body shop which they are less busy and no appointment is required. Arrived and was told I need to setup an appointment with my insurance first so the adjuster can do their estimate first, which makes complete sense. I was thinking I'm screwed. I jumped on Google maps and found this gem. Very friendly and helpful staff, completely set me up to leave my vehicle so the adjuster can come to the shop, got me setup with my insurance so I can rent a car, they picked me up and I was in my rental that same day! They did a fantastic job in repairing my damaged van. They are Chrysler certified so I got top notch replacement parts. When I received my van, it was throughly cleaned and they even fix some of the small scuffs I had not related to the affected area. I love this place!
