I saw the other reviews and thought I would get the same great service! When I called in to make an estimate appt, I asked if I can just drop off the car and come back when its ready. I was told no and my appt time would be adhered to. Well, I waited for an hour and the receptionist was polite and several times tried to find someone, but no one was around. After an hour of waiting and no answer as to when someone would show up for my appointment, I had to leave and will take my business elsewhere. I guess I should have known better!!!
