I recently had my 2018 Mazda CX-5 serviced with them, and they kept me updated every step of the way throughout the process. They provided courtesy text messages, and phone calls and even detailed my vehicle for me so it looked as good as new when it was returned just in time for a out of town trip that I was taking that weekend. I scraped the side of my car and a significant amount of paint was taken off, and I can’t even tell that the accident happened! Thanks DB! You guys are awesome! :)

I'm not from the Orlando area so I had no clue where to begin when wanting to get my car repaired. I'm grateful that db collision center was the first place and last place I came to. Db did such a great job repairing my vehicle and took the time necessary to go over the estimate and what the process would look like. I was so pleased with the final product, my car looked brand new! In addition to the repairs they have excellent customer service, they offer a free loaner if your car is being repaired. Their mechanics are very friendly and are willing to listen to all your needs and issues with your vehicle. I highly recommend db collision center to anyone looking for a repair center in Orlando.

Drew and Travis along with the rest of the DB crew will make sure to go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience and deliver a quality finish like nobody else in orlando can.

Thumbs up to this amazing company. Amazing customer service! Took care of my baby (car) and made sure that I was happy with the results. They showed me all the parts that were taking off and replaced. They always were in constant communication telling me about the entire process. I had some issues with my insurance company and they still managed to take care of everything. To some things up they exceeded my expectations and very thankful. It’s hard to find detailed oriented companies and this company definitely went above and beyond thank you.

I have a leased vehicle that had damages that were more than anyone could consider normal use damage. I went to Orlando Collision because of their high user rating. It was decision well made. They were professional, efficient and very timely with repairs. The work was amazingly well done. I knew where the damage was and couldn't tell it was fixed. Great work, they will be my go to place going forward
