I had the greatest experience here at DB Auto collision. I had gotten into an accident and they helped me take care of all of the details to get my issue fixed. They have excellent customer service.They made me feel at peace in a situation that was very stressful for me, would never go anyplace else in the future.

Drew and Keisha took what should've and could've been a horrifying nightmare for me and turned it into as easy a process as possible. Hung in there with me while the third party's insurance was dragging their feet and making life a living hell. They made sure I was in the loop, put me in a rental car, and did all the heavy lifting so I didn't have to. I hope I don't have to, but if I do, DB Collision is where I'll be going to receive the top notch service I need.

DB Orlando Collision Center is simply as good as they get. I had a very bad situation were a dealership did over $4K in damage to my car and lied and would not take responsibility for what they did. I have been in Management, Sales and Operations for over 30 yrs and it is rare to find the type of customer service , care and professionalism that I received from the DB team.
