I have used DB a few times for minor auto issues and I have never had one issue with their service or work. Superlative example of a quality business.

No better Collision Center in Central Florida.

At risk of being just another 5 star review here, I just have to take the time to rave here about Drew, Judy, and the crew at DB Auto Collision. Drew set my mind at ease the day I called to ask what sets them apart and why they had so many good reviews. His answers to those questions essentially boiled down to this one theme: he is going to do what is in the consumer's best interest- not the insurance company's best interest. And they delivered on that three-fold. Someone had ironically backed into my car while using their hands-free parallel parking assist on their new car and it smashed up the front of my Mercedes' bumper and grill. The day I dropped off my car with the damaged front end, Drew pointed out to me what he meant about doing what was in MY best interest instead of the insurance company's best interest. State Farm's written estimate was approximately $1,130. Drew showed me where my bumper was cracked open and said the insurance estimate covered a "repair". I asked how you repair a broken plastic bumper. He said they wanted him to use an epoxy and repaint and buff over it. Drew put through for a replacement bumper. Stuff like that is how State Farm's $1130 estimate turned into a $3,000 + repair. I know that Drew and his staff were looking out for me. And Judy in the front office was super sweet every time we interacted. The repairs took a week, but I was fine with that. Please know that if your insurance company wants you to go to a specific repair facility, it is to save themselves money. If you want a high-quality repair, top-notch customer service, assurance that your interests are being catered to, and a great overall sense of making a good choice, then you would be wise to check with Drew and his staff. And they detailed my car when they were done! Very pleased with this experience. I hope I don't get in any further collisions, but if I do, I know where I will be bringing my business. Thanks DB!

I called them to get an estimate on fixing a frame damage I have on my Lexus vehicle. Drew (the owner I believe) explained to me the process and how the frame measuring machine works. I have been to so many shops in Orlando, and to be honest, this is the only place that truly impressed me. Drew is just a great guy. He takes all the time you need to explain the problem. He is honest, straight to the point and willing to answer any questions you have. They are definitely not the cheapest in town, but you get a great service in return. I had to come back for a couple of issues with the car but they took care of them all. I highly recommend them

I brought my Escalade to DB based on Yelp reviews. Being new to the area I did not know where to go. My vehicle was the victim of a hit and run. Drew, the owner, personally greeted me, assessed my vehicles damage and explain everything that needed to be done. His front office staff is phenomenal; friendly, courteous, respectful, and always kept me informed during the 4 days my vehicle was there. I requested to have Drew give my vehicle a thorough inspection to see if anything needed or was going to need attention down the road. He provided a reasonable assessment and his price was competitive. DB is not the cheapest place but not the most expensive. They have a top notch owner and their technicians are second to none. I will be bringing my cars here from now on. Update: I've continued to use DB and there is no other place to take your vehicle. Drew and his team deserve all the amazing reviews that they are getting. Db Orlando Collision over exceeds my expectations of an auto body shop. I recently got into a minor accident, ultimately doing enough damage to justify filing an insurance claim. Geico asked that I take my car to one of their suggested "auto repair xpress" locations. Although, Db Orlando Collision reviews are too good to ignore!! Drew was able to assist me with Geico and have them send an adjuster to his shop, saving me a good amount of time. It only got better from there. Drew and his employees went over and above what was required to get me safely back on the road in a timely manner, and they did a beautiful job at that. Drew and his shop repaired over $5,000 worth of repairs within a week. The process was laid out and easy. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my car looks the best that she's looked in 3 years. Drew and his employees are killing it - very friendly, attentive, knowledgable, and he genuinely cares about delivering good customer service. Highly recommend.

Elite '2020 Elite '2020 After leaving the vet's office with my dog some jerks drove right into me. The damage wasn't too bad but I still needed to find a repair shop. Thanks to Yelp, I found some great options. I decided to go here based on their great reviews and convenient location. From start to finish, they were amazing. The entire process was a huge pain thanks to the jerk's insurance company not returning anyone's calls. However, that was not the repair shop's fault. They kept me updated and continuously tried contacting the insurance company. They even called the car rental shop for me and had someone come pick me up. The work on my car was perfect and they even cleaned the inside for me. And by cleaned I mean they removed the 500 stray french fries that I dropped and became lodged in the crevices of my car seats over the years.
