Excellent! Took my Honda Civic here after it was involved in an accident based on a recommendation from a friend. Drew and the front office staff are very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me, and dealt directly with my insurance company. Unlike many other shops they are quick to respond to questions via phone or email. Would definitely recommend DB Orlando Collision.

Took awhile to finally bring my car home after the accident, But it looks, sounds, and runs better than it did when I bought it. An exceptional establishment run by a passionate and friendly owner.

Drew and his staff were Great in repairing the damage to my Vette, which resulted from a rear ending incident. They helped me through the challenging insurance claims process. The insurance company low balled my apparaisel but Drew refused to cut corners to appease them. He provided guidance and insight, every step of the way, to make sure it was done right! Thanks DB!!

Drew and his team deserve all the amazing reviews that they are getting. Db Orlando Collision over exceeds my expectations of an auto body shop. I recently got into a minor accident, ultimately doing enough damage to justify filing an insurance claim. Geico asked that I take my car to one of their suggested "auto repair xpress" locations. Although, Db Orlando Collision reviews are too good to ignore!! Drew was able to assist me with Geico and have them send an adjuster to his shop, saving me a good amount of time. It only got better from there. Drew and his employees went over and above what was required to get me safely back on the road in a timely manner, and they did a beautiful job at that. Drew and his shop repaired over $5,000 worth of repairs within a week. The process was laid out and easy. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my car looks the best that she's looked in 3 years. Drew and his employees are killing it - very friendly, attentive, knowledgable, and he genuinely cares about delivering good customer service. Highly recommend.

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of having to use DB twice....nobody loves to get in a car accident, but DB did an awesome job both times on both of my cars! Drew is awesome, staff is awesome and the quality of the work is so good you can't even notice there has been work done to the car. Highly recommend! There are plenty of body shops between where I live and DB but its well worth the drive! I'm glad they were recommended to me and I recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car!

Great service! Great price! DB Orlando Collision is the way to go! I had a hard time finding a collision center that would repair my vehicle for a reasonable price. My vehicle has been to DB Orlando Collision a few times. At first I was not completely satisfied with the work that was provided, but Drew and his team ensured that my car would return to me with the most quality work possible by keeping to his provided warranty. Even two years after the initial repairs were made Drew made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service and quality of work. Drew handled my specific situation very professionally and courteously, better than I have ever experienced at any other body shop. He ensured that I had a rental car for the week my vehicle was back at the shop as it was not at my fault. Drew and his business have improved leaps and bounds over the past two years in terms of customer service, professionalism, and quality of work thanks to a large investment in training and equipment. *****I got a partial refund only because I agreed to post a 5 star review. I would actually only give them 2.5, maybe 3 for workmanship. Judy deserves 5 stars because of her warmth and kindness.****** My car originally went in for damage to the passenger side due to an accident. In the month I waited to get in my car received more damage on the hood and along the drivers side. The cost of the damage to the drivers side and hood was almost $2000. I saw all of the positive reviews and that he worked on some hot rods so this seemed to be reasonable for a high quality paint job. I expected this thing to look amazing for the price. Unfortunately, it was not that way. When I took it home the first time I noticed there were some glaring issues. I took pictures and emailed them since I had to take my car to the shop the following week. After the month it was in the shop I returned it to DB and we looked at the issues. He agreed they were not acceptable and said he would get it fixed and it would only take a week. We both took pictures of what needed to be fixed and we set up a date and time for it to be fixed. Once again, when I picked it up it did not constitute a $2k paint job. There were drips in the top coat, debris in the paint, and pinholes that were not fixed. When the painter said it would take 20 minutes to fix I became even more concerned. The car was left overnight and when I came back the next day only a few of the issues were fixed. I was told that he was "upside down" on this job and that body work was an "illusion" to trick your eye into thinking it is all one color and that there is no damage. That's fine and dandy but the actual workmanship was definitely sub par in my opinion. There were still drips in the topcoat when I got it back the second and third times. I have seen more done with less and am still not happy with how it turned out. I will attach pictures so you can decide. He gave me a refund because he did not want to keep working on it. Most of the issues in pink were fixed to maintain the "illusion" but that's all it was. An illusion, not top quality work.
