The staff are welcoming and kind, especially the ladies up front. They market themselves as an OEM quality repair service with meticulous attention to detail. Drew, the owner, seems like a good boss and no nonsense person who will tell you what they do, how they do it, and what they can do to accommodate you. They kept me up to date with service and informed. HOWEVER, when I came to collect my car I found scratches near the drivers rocker panel, the passenger rocker was not attached to the car, and the hood was Misaligned. The hood was touching the bumper cover and there was a sizable gap on the drivers side between the fender and hood. This did NOT inspire confidence in their promise of meticulous quality. In addition I feel like the treatment of the vehicle post repair is poor as they’re just parked outside and left out in the elements. When I asked about rectifying the immediate issues I found, he said the obligatory 15minutes no problem. This has me deeply concerned as how can a job which you quoted me 30 hrs of labour, how can it take 15 minutes to iron out the kinks. *Edit* After about a month I’ve found more defects
