What an amazing service I've received from the friendly staff down to management. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired and man when I saw my car it did not disappoint. Everything was detailed and returned back looking amazing as it once was before I got hit. I highly recommend this collision center thanks guys I appreciate that dedication and hard work you put into my vehicle.

If you are looking for quality workmanship from a body shop, then look no further than this place of business! I recently brought in my van for a rear door collision issue. I was warmly greated by their team, who reviewed my insurance estimate, and assured me that they could easily replace the door and match it to it's original condition. The replacement door was completed in one day instead of two and the door was a perfect match to the rest of the van. These folks really excell in customer service! I was treated like family, by the entire team. I really appreciated the carwash and the extended lifetime warranty on their workmanship. I was really surprised when I got in my van and saw that a rose was lying on the seat with a note attached. Now that is real class! Just another example of how they are extremely customer focused! I will definitely become a "customer for life " with them!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. All I did was show up, they were very informative about The entire process before we started, they kept me informed every step of the way. They worked with the insurance company to ensure the repairs were done quickly. They even set up the rental pick up and drop off. The work was immaculate. And the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company to anybody and everybody, and rest assured if I ever need my car worked on again he’ll be done by this company.

Great experience with DB. They made the process very simple and took care of everything. Even making sure the rental car was extended that the other driver's insurance was paying for. They communicated in a very timely manner and I could not have asked for better work to be done on my car. Thanks!

After being involved in an accident, it's hard to know who to trust with your vehicle. I had already stopped at several auto body shops for estimates and received sub-par service from all of them. However, after meeting with the staff of DB Orlando, I was instantly sold. The Director of Operations, Drew, met with me personally to estimate my car and walk me through every step of the process they would go through to accurately estimate and repair my vehicle. They are great for working with your budget and give you as much flexibility as possible. After the estimate, they gave me a very in-depth estimate, which they then walked me through when I called them. The repair came out phenomenal, and despite complications during the repair process, they did their best to make the repairs as promised and in a very short time frame. You can't ask for better service from a body shop!

Excellent experience. The most professional auto repair shop I have been to. Totally recommend them to anybody. They even do a deep clean of the car and give you a rose at the end! Extraordinary place!
