Top notch place. Great body shop that really sets themselves apart in a competitive and saturated industry. Highly professional staff and genuine well run small business feel. The owner, Drew, is clearly very skilled and detailed. He believes in fixing everything like it were his own and instills and ensures his staff embrace this philosophy. His work and assurance that his customers are satisfied is second to none. Highly recommend doing business with them.

I encouraged a family member to have a truck serviced by DB Collision. The staff was very professional. Prior to the truck being sent to DB Collision, I found out that hundreds of dollars had been poured into the truck without it ever being fixed. This was an older model truck. Rather than DB doing a quick job on certain repairs that needed to be made, knowing that it was going to be temporary, they were very upfront as to what was going on and provided great advice. The staff's honesty, customer service, and doing right by the customer is why I recommend this auto shop. They even offered to drop off the vehicle at no charge, upon work being completed.

From the start Drew and the staff at DB Orlando Collision Center were friendly and helpful. Drew was very responsive to emails and calls setting up to get my new truck which had $10k+ worth of hail damage in to get repaired. Every step of the process was night and day compared to our horrible experience with a local GMC dealership who took 3 months to repair our Tahoe with $12k+ worth of hail damage. My truck was restored to the condition it was before it was damaged. Customer service and quality of work is huge to me. Drew and the staff here nailed that. I hope I don't have to have my vehicles repaired again but if I do I know have DB Orlando Collision who will do the job right the first time and treat you the way customers should be treated.

I brought my car here after it got sideswiped, and 3/4 of the side had to be repaired. After doing some research and reading all the reviews, I figured this would be the best place to take my car, and the reviews weren't exaggerated. This place is awesome! Patricia, who mans the front desk, was very nice every time we spoke on the phone and in person. I wanted to get some other work done and she got back to me quickly with the information. The quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. It sucks that I didn't get the person's name that did the work, because I would really like to shout him out. Not only did he repair the damage from the accident but he also repaired the trim that was chipping. They also detailed the car as an added bonus, giving it that new car look. Thank you guys for the work you did. I'll definitely be coming back and sending anyone I know that needs any body work done to you.

This place was amazing, not only in the work they did but in their customer service. Super friendly from the front desk person to the highly involved owner, who personally inspected my car for damage and was involved through the whole process of the repair. I picked db Orlando Collision because of the great online reviews and I wasn't disappointed. My 2015 BMW was side swiped in my parking garage and being new to area I was forced to depend on the online reviews; which I'm usually a little Leery of because they are so easy to manipulate. They treated me like was a longtime customer and kept me well informed through the entire process. They had my car back to me in a week and the quality of their work was amazing. You can't go wrong picking this shop for your auto body repair.

Was referred to DB by a friend of mine after getting in a car accident. The front end of my Dodge Avenger was clipped off and the left fender was scrunched. Called DB to setup an appointment and they got me in very quickly. It was during the Thanksgiving holiday, but the staff was able to work with my insurance company and also get my car done promptly. When I got my car back, I thought I had a brand new car. If I could post before and after pictures to this review it would really help you see how fantastic of a job they did. Staff was also very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I would definitely go here again and refer them to anyone in need.

DB Orlando Collision did an outstanding job repairing my rear bumper from a collision. Drew was so helpful and explain clearly what needed to be done. I arrived to pick up my car to find my vehicle repaired like nothing happened and not only repaired but also cleaned/detailed without asking for it.
