A few months ago I got into an accident and needed to take my car in for a repair. I'm not from the area but heard great things about db Orlando Collision based on the reviews. Db did an excellent job with repairing my vehicle and working with my insurance company. Not only do they do a great job of taking care of your vehicle, they have excellent customer service. Everyone I have talked to here cares about your issue and will go above and beyond of what they're supposed to do to make you satisfied. I recently had my 2018 Mazda CX-5 serviced with them, and they kept me updated every step of the way throughout the process. They provided courtesy text messages, and phone calls and even detailed my vehicle for me so it looked as good as new when it was returned just in time for a out of town trip that I was taking that weekend. I scraped the side of my car and a significant amount of paint was taken off, and I can’t even tell that the accident happened! Thanks DB! You guys are awesome! :)
