Excellent service! My car had a little problem with a service they provided previously but as soon as I took the car back I was reassured that it was going to get fix that same day, and it was. I was not upset at all that I had to go back because the owner explained exactly what went wrong the first time, how he was going to fix it and that I have lifetime guarantee on the job they did. The price was definitely much more affordable than what other places where charging, so even if I had to go back to them it gave me peace of mind knowing that I didn't have to pay extra for that same service and I received a car detailing service after the first time and the second time they wash it. The receptionist was really nice. I took my car in spring 2017.

After being rear ended by a Lexus SUV and having a needed repair to my rear bumper I checked out yelp and found some great reviews for DB Orlando collision center. I was very impressed by the owner and his staff. Not only was the repair clearly communicated up front, but my truck was finished on time and the workmanship was excellent. DB collision handled everything from the securing of the rental vehicle as well as the insurance claim with the other parties insurance company. One of the only area places that does both body and mechanical work. After my accident they worked directly with my insurance company, and were able to push back against the low balled insurance company estimates. Even with a hurricane hitting, they got my car out in time.

From the start Drew and the staff at DB Orlando Collision Center were friendly and helpful. Drew was very responsive to emails and calls setting up to get my new truck which had $10k+ worth of hail damage in to get repaired. Every step of the process was night and day compared to our horrible experience with a local GMC dealership who took 3 months to repair our Tahoe with $12k+ worth of hail damage. My truck was restored to the condition it was before it was damaged. Customer service and quality of work is huge to me. Drew and the staff here nailed that. I hope I don't have to have my vehicles repaired again but if I do I know have DB Orlando Collision who will do the job right the first time and treat you the way customers should be treated.

Excellent! Took my Honda Civic here after it was involved in an accident based on a recommendation from a friend. Drew and the front office staff are very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me, and dealt directly with my insurance company. Unlike many other shops they are quick to respond to questions via phone or email. Would definitely recommend DB Orlando Collision.

Drew and his staff were Great in repairing the damage to my Vette, which resulted from a rear ending incident. They helped me through the challenging insurance claims process. Drew and his team deserve all the amazing reviews that they are getting. Db Orlando Collision over exceeds my expectations of an auto body shop. I recently got into a minor accident, ultimately doing enough damage to justify filing an insurance claim. Geico asked that I take my car to one of their suggested "auto repair xpress" locations. Although, Db Orlando Collision reviews are too good to ignore!! Drew was able to assist me with Geico and have them send an adjuster to his shop, saving me a good amount of time. It only got better from there. Drew and his employees went over and above what was required to get me safely back on the road in a timely manner, and they did a beautiful job at that. Drew and his shop repaired over $5,000 worth of repairs within a week. The process was laid out and easy. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my car looks the best that she's looked in 3 years. Drew and his employees are killing it - very friendly, attentive, knowledgable, and he genuinely cares about delivering good customer service. Highly recommend.
