I have had the unfortunate pleasure of having to use DB twice....nobody loves to get in a car accident, but DB did an awesome job both times on both of my cars! Drew is awesome, staff is awesome and the quality of the work is so good you can't even notice there has been work done to the car. Highly recommend! There are plenty of body shops between where I live and DB but its well worth the drive! I'm glad they were recommended to me and I recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car!

My vehicle has been to DB Orlando Collision a few times. At first I was not completely satisfied with the work that was provided, but Drew and his team ensured that my car would return to me with the most quality work possible by keeping to his provided warranty. Even two years after the initial repairs were made Drew made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service and quality of work. Drew handled my specific situation very professionally and courteously, better than I have ever experienced at any other body shop. He ensured that I had a rental car for the week my vehicle was back at the shop as it was not at my fault. Drew and his business have improved leaps and bounds over the past two years in terms of customer service, professionalism, and quality of work thanks to a large investment in training and equipment. *****I got a partial refund only because I agreed to post a 5 star review. I would actually only give them 2.5, maybe 3 for workmanship. Judy deserves 5 stars because of her warmth and kindness.****** My car originally went in for damage to the passenger side due to an accident. In the month I waited to get in my car received more damage on the hood and along the drivers side. The cost of the damage to the drivers side and hood was almost $2000. I saw all of the positive reviews and that he worked on some hot rods so this seemed to be reasonable for a high quality paint job. I expected this thing to look amazing for the price. Unfortunately, it was not that way. When I took it home the first time I noticed there were some glaring issues. I took pictures and emailed them since I had to take my car to the shop the following week. After the month it was in the shop I returned it to DB and we looked at the issues. He agreed they were not acceptable and said he would get it fixed and it would only take a week. We both took pictures of what needed to be fixed and we set up a date and time for it to be fixed. Once again, when I picked it up it did not constitute a $2k paint job. There were drips in the top coat, debris in the paint, and pinholes that were not fixed. When the painter said it would take 20 minutes to fix I became even more concerned. The car was left overnight and when I came back the next day only a few of the issues were fixed. I was told that he was "upside down" on this job and that body work was an "illusion" to trick your eye into thinking it is all one color and that there is no damage. That's fine and dandy but the actual workmanship was definitely sub par in my opinion. There were still drips in the topcoat when I got it back the second and third times. I have seen more done with less and am still not happy with how it turned out. I will attach pictures so you can decide. He gave me a refund because he did not want to keep working on it. Most of the issues in pink were fixed to maintain the "illusion" but that's all it was. An illusion, not top quality work.

I have used DB a few times for minor auto issues and I have never had one issue with their service or work. Superlative example of a quality business.

No better Collision Center in Central Florida.

At risk of being just another 5 star review here, I just have to take the time to rave here about Drew, Judy, and the crew at DB Auto Collision. Drew set my mind at ease the day I called to ask what sets them apart and why they had so many good reviews. His answers to those questions essentially boiled down to this one theme: he is going to do what is in the consumer's best interest- not the insurance company's best interest. And they delivered on that three-fold. Someone had ironically backed into my car while using their hands-free parallel parking assist on their new car and it smashed up the front of my Mercedes' bumper and grill. The day I dropped off my car with the damaged front end, Drew pointed out to me what he meant about doing what was in MY best interest instead of the insurance company's best interest. State Farm's written estimate was approximately $1,130. Drew showed me where my bumper was cracked open and said the insurance estimate covered a "repair". I asked how you repair a broken plastic bumper. He said they wanted him to use an epoxy and repaint and buff over it. Drew put through for a replacement bumper. Stuff like that is how State Farm's $1130 estimate turned into a $3,000 + repair. I know that Drew and his staff were looking out for me. And Judy in the front office was super sweet every time we interacted. The repairs took a week, but I was fine with that. Please know that if your insurance company wants you to go to a specific repair facility, it is to save themselves money. If you want a high-quality repair, top-notch customer service, assurance that your interests are being catered to, and a great overall sense of making a good choice, then you would be wise to check with Drew and his staff. And they detailed my car when they were done! Very pleased with this experience. I hope I don't get in any further collisions, but if I do, I know where I will be bringing my business. Thanks DB!

I called them to get an estimate on fixing a frame damage I have on my Lexus vehicle. Drew (the owner I believe) explained to me the process and how the frame measuring machine works. I have been to so many shops in Orlando, and to be honest, this is the only place that truly impressed me. Drew is just a great guy. He takes all the time you need to explain the problem. He is honest, straight to the point and willing to answer any questions you have. They are definitely not the cheapest in town, but you get a great service in return. I had to come back for a couple of issues with the car but they took care of them all. I highly recommend them
