Wow. Blown away by the finished product! Wish I had gone here earlier and saved myself the trouble of going to other shops and wasting my money there. The people here at db collision center are some of the kindest people I've met. Definitely will work with you to make sure your car comes out the way YOU want. Drew, the owner, made sure that everything I wanted came into fruition. I brought in aftermarket polyurethane side skirts, aftermarket fiberglass rear bumper, and an impacted polyurethane front bumper. He made EVERYTHING fit like FACTORY! Honestly was surprised because another shop I went to wouldn't even touch polyurethane then a shop that did, did a crummy job. He corrected all their mistakes and detailed the car inside and out. AND cleaned up my headlights, free of charge! The paint even comes with a lifetime warranty! Not the cheapest, but you really are paying for quality. Definitely will come back here for my automotive custom needs and will DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone in the area wanting either to fix up their car or make it truly their own. 5 stars!

I was extremely happy with both the customer service and the quality of workmanship and I was pleasantly surprised that when I went to pick up my truck it was all cleaned up. The truck had been washed and the tires were shiny. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Great crew they have working here! Insurance companies are so nonpersonal - nice to work with a body shop that keeps you updated, when they don't. Staff was exceptional. Car was totaled so I cannot attest to their repair service but I can to the customer service, 10/10.

The owner, Drew, is clearly very skilled and detailed. He believes in fixing everything like it were his own and instills and ensures his staff embrace this philosophy. I encouraged a family member to have a truck serviced by DB Collision. The staff was very professional. Prior to the truck being sent to DB Collision, I found out that hundreds of dollars had been poured into the truck without it ever being fixed. This was an older model truck. Rather than DB doing a quick job on certain repairs that needed to be made, knowing that it was going to be temporary, they were very upfront as to what was going on and provided great advice. The staff's honesty, customer service, and doing right by the customer is why I recommend this auto shop. They even offered to drop off the vehicle at no charge, upon work being completed.

From the start Drew and the staff at DB Orlando Collision Center were friendly and helpful. Drew was very responsive to emails and calls setting up to get my new truck which had $10k+ worth of hail damage in to get repaired. Every step of the process was night and day compared to our horrible experience with a local GMC dealership who took 3 months to repair our Tahoe with $12k+ worth of hail damage. My truck was restored to the condition it was before it was damaged. Customer service and quality of work is huge to me. Drew and the staff here nailed that. I hope I don't have to have my vehicles repaired again but if I do I know have DB Orlando Collision who will do the job right the first time and treat you the way customers should be treated.

I brought my car here after it got sideswiped, and 3/4 of the side had to be repaired. After doing some research and reading all the reviews, I figured this would be the best place to take my car, and the reviews weren't exaggerated. This place is awesome! Patricia, who mans the front desk, was very nice every time we spoke on the phone and in person. I wanted to get some other work done and she got back to me quickly with the information. The quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. It sucks that I didn't get the person's name that did the work, because I would really like to shout him out. Not only did he repair the damage from the accident but he also repaired the trim that was chipping. They also detailed the car as an added bonus, giving it that new car look. Thank you guys for the work you did. I'll definitely be coming back and sending anyone I know that needs any body work done to you.

This place was amazing, not only in the work they did but in their customer service. Super friendly from the front desk person to the highly involved owner, who personally inspected my car for damage and was involved through the whole process of the repair. My car is old ( 2005 Kia Optima) and carts around kids - quite frankly, it is a mess. These people made me feel like my old ( and dirty) car was just as important to them as a brand new car.
