This place hands down is absolutely amazing. I had a minor issue with a scruff/scrape on my new car and honestly I was petrified to come in because I thought it was embarrassing to come in for such a little thing as that. After walking in, I was greeted by the most welcoming staff at the counter. Couldn’t have been any better. Thank you ladies!! Afterwards Kyle came out, looked at it and had his team buff it out quickly with zero cost to me. I appreciate the warm welcome and the absolute amazing customer service that was given to me. I went home feeling the best and now I get to rest my nerves finally . So grateful for people and places such as this! Thank you all so much!

I had work done on my car at db collision 7 years ago. I started to have some problems with my bumper from normal wear and brought it in just to see if they could take a look at it for me. Since the bumper was warrantied with them from their previous work, they were gracious enough to do some minor repairs on it. They took care of it all the same day I took it in. The customer service was great and the new facility feels like test track at Disney. Very innovative and cool. Would recommend this facility to anyone need body work done to their vehicle.

I tried fixing my car with them because the reviews were amazing. Unfortunately, the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude. She repeatedly cut me off, talked to me like a I was dumb, and whenever I tried to ask a question she made it seem like it was beneath her. Decided not to move forward on that experience alone.

This place was wonderful very helpful and the people that work there keep you nice and informed and updated each time I love it would definitely come back if help is needed and I will recommend anyone to come here ( Joanie , Zuly , Christian ) we’re GREATTTT THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! Even tho I had issues with my insurance everyone here at the colisión was very nice and helpful throughout my process !!! ❤️❤️
