Hands down the nicest body shop I have ever seen. All the staff and personnel were absolutely professional and courteous. They made me feel like family and gave me the confidents and understanding of the whole insurance claim and repair process. They continued to reach out to me every step of the way via email and phone calls, keeping me up to date and guiding me through the whole process. I even received a call from the owner himself to ease my uncertainty! Unfortunately, the insurance company totaled my car which was out of DB Orlando Collison’s control. I was very disappointed with the outcome as you could imagine. Even though my car was not repaired by DB Orlando Collision I would absolutely use them if I needed repair work done in the future. If you want an honest and caring shop this is the place for you. 5 Stars to the whole DB Orlando team!

I had a very pleasant experience my first time here. The staff was highly attentive and friendly, made me feel very comfortable while waiting for my vehicle. They also were very educated and and informative about the condition of my car and explained it to me in a way I could understand easily. Pricing was very reasonable. The people that my daughter have dealt with over the phone,and in person, have been more than kind and understanding, but also extremely professional and thorough. She is eagerly awaiting the repairs on her beloved truck to be completed. So far, so good!

Brought a vehicle in for an estimate, but within a day the estimate had doubled, and by the end of the week it was more than 200% over the original. They had tacked on so many things the insurance company had NO choice but too total the vehicle. Don't let this company ruin your day. Get IT in writing prior to them doing anything. Protect yourself from predator companies. Don't forget to let the State regulars know how these companies work. The Better Business bureau works.
