Brought a vehicle in for an estimate, but within a day the estimate had doubled, and by the end of the week it was more than 200% over the original. They had tacked on so many things the insurance company had NO choice but too total the vehicle. Don't let this company ruin your day. Get IT in writing prior to them doing anything. Protect yourself from predator companies. Don't forget to let the State regulars know how these companies work. The Better Business bureau works.

Great service and repair

I've had my fair share of automotive repairs, I can confidently say that DB stands out as an example of what customer service should be. The fact that they took the time to listen to my concerns from a previous repair gone a bit wrong, assessed the damage to my vehicle thoroughly, and provided a detailed estimate of the necessary repairs since I wasn't going through insurance. I was explained that the turnaround time due to parts may not be as quick since a major part was on backorder everywhere but they literally kept in contact me with me the entire time to manage my expectations. If you're in need of automotive bodywork definitely look no further then these guys.

The best body shop in Florida, hands down. This is the second time using this shop and I couldn't be happier. Jack and his crew give top notch service. The job was done within 2 weeks and the price was extremely reasonable. I could not be any happier. db Orlando Collision was never actually given the opportunity to work on our car, however they did help us navigate the total loss process. They were efficient, and easy to communicate with. They provided us with resources and education on what happens when your car is a total loss and how to proceed. Everyone was friendly and extremely understanding about our situation. I couldn’t speak more highly about our experience. Absolutely a five star company.

My husband and family have been going to Drew and the db team for over 10 years, starting back when he did custom work (still does, but does specialize more in the repair/insurance business now). Drew and all the team members are fantastic. This was by far the best experience I have ever had dealing with an auto accident. Professionalism like that at DB Collision is rare these days. While I hope not to be involved in any more accidents in the future, I can rest easy knowing I will immediately take my car to DB Collision.
