They are amazing! My experience was easy and painless. I only showed up with the vehicle, key, and a sad face. They dealt with my insurance company on my behalf and I am happy. I had a minor problem with my mirror and they fixed that and checked the system. It was raining, Emma met me outside with an umbrella to escort me into the building. Thank you Emma and Jose you made my experience painless. They even returned my rental at the end!!! Concierge service doesn’t get any better than this!!

We’ve had such a fantastic experience repairing our Volvo XC90. Kyle and Emma and Jose were very professional and family friendly. It was fantastic to see the professional graphics and photos of what it would look like and the instructions provided directly from Volvo. Jose was great taking care of the repairs and making sure my vehicle looked and felt just like when it was new. Highly recommend this location.

I came to DB Orlando Collision years ago, and send everyone to Drew and his team. Hands down teh best Auto Repair shop I've ever dealt with. To explain how much I think of DB Orlando, I have damage to my car in Maryland, and could not make it back to Orlando for several months. I told the Insurance that it had to wait, and that I would be bringing my car to DB Orlando Collision for repair.
