Best place for your car they did an amazing job with my car and the entire process was super smooth i didn’t have to worry about anything and the communication and timing is on point customer service was excellent !

I took my car hear after having it fixed previously at another shop and wasn’t happy with the repairs. They told me from the beginning that it was going to be a long process but a doable one. They were always fighting for what is right for me and my car and in the end we all got what we wanted. If needed, from now on i will always use this shop. From the service, how consistent, how honest, and how fast they work it was beyond impressive. Shoutout to Christian who was constantly giving me updates about my car and everything that is happening. Take your car here! They will always do and fight for whats right for you!

From start to finish I was kept in the loop as to the process and pricing, I also appreciate that they stand by their products/services and you can always call them should there ever be any issues.

I got into an accident recently and I didn’t know where to go. I stumbled upon DB Orlando Collision when looking up reviews and saw they had a new location kind of near me. When I went to check them out and get a free quote, I was immediately struck by how incredible their facility is! This isn’t some run of the mill repair shop, everything is state of the art! I was greeted by a true ray of sunshine, Emma. She talked me through the process and then Jose took a bunch of pictures and explained what to expect from the estimate that he was going to put together. I was sent an estimate within two days that was very fair and within the budget that I had set. I then received a sharepoint link with all of the procedures they were following as prescribed by Mazda as well as over 200 pictures documenting every step of the disassembly, repair, paint, and reassembly. Not only that, I got regular updates from Emma and Jose about how things were going. When the time came to pick up my car, I was shocked! I pulled up in the loaner they gave me to find my pride and joy sitting there looking better than the day I bought her! Emma welcomed me in, as cheerful as ever, genuinely excited to see my reaction of how incredible my car looked. Jose took me up to a very nice room where he painstakingly went through all of the photos and explained all of the repairs (he even surprised me with a couple of things that I didn’t think were possible to fix!). Tl;dr: DB Collision Orlando - West has impressed me beyond belief by the quality of their work, their incredible customer service, the honesty of their business, and the ease of your process. You guys have a customer for life!

Went to DB Orlando Collision after a referral to assist with repair and claim on a damaged car. This was my first time dealing with this kind of process and paperwork. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They assisted me through the process and gave great advice. Although I did not use their repair service this time (the car was deemed a loss), I WILL use them in the future. Definitely recommend!
