I must say, I was dreading this visit. But the staff from beginning to end, the folks at db Orlando were extremely pleasant and honest. Starting with the ladies upfront, Joanie was very accommodating.. kudos and hats off to Emma West. She went above and beyond to be sure all the bases were covered and that they were doing everything they can to help me. Side note: (she’s cute too) I felt very cared for.
