I give DB collision five stars for their quality work. Mazda sent a bumper part that was not acceptable and they turned it down and got another one shipped. My displeasure with the company is their lack of communication while work is being performed. Lots of different information from different contacts.

I cannot praise the shop and the people that work there, they were truly were God sent. Emma, Travis and the whole team went so far above and beyond to help me and I say help because not only did they not let me down they were the best people I encountered in the whole process, il refer them happily any day. My first phone contact with Emma she immediately put my mind at ease and talked me off my ledge..It's such a family atmosphere, they make you feel like your their only Customer..But what really sold me besides all there favorable reviews was how clean and organized the office, work spaces and yard was..I can't see their attention to detail and workmanship on my vehicle being anything less then perfect....
