She offered Excellent Customer service and kept in contact with us the entire time our car was being repaired. Joe and John did a great job in communicating what repairs would be needed and no hidden agenda. It was matter of fact and no BS. We didn't get a chance to meet the people who took extra care in repairing and painting our car however they did a beautiful job. Our crosstrek looked amazing.
