This was my first accident in over 20 years. Completely ignorant of the process and very nervous. Joanie was so informative that she put my mind at ease.

The entire team from the front office to the repair shop at db Orlando have a friendly professional attitude and the repair done to my vehicle was top notch. I’m not one to leave comments in the internet, but the amazing effort to please me as a customer by the entire team could not go unmentioned.

What an awesome experience at db collision!! Starting at the front desk with Emma and Joanie to Christian explaining in fine detail what has to be done to my car. The whole atmosphere was so pleasant and happy it was such a good feeling being in there. They treat you with respect and dignity I would highly recommend this place.

Joanie and Kyle were very helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed and comfortable at this business. Kyle provided me with a quote which I will share it with my husband. I'm sure they will do a great job. Keep up the good work!

My family car was there for 30 days and they did not do any work for one week. The other person was at fault. They took money from my geiceo insurance and from the other person Bristol west insurance who caused accident to my family car. General manager Rickey saved me 700 dollars and i only pay 500 deductible for my claim otherwise they were charging me 1200 dollars. The other person insurance sent 1500 dollar check to my family but they took it from me and never mentioned it on the paper work.
