This was the best body shop I’ve ever had to deal with. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and on top of helping me out. I would recommend them 100% of the time for body work. Emma and Christine were amazing and followed up. They were always happy to answer my questions and help me figure things out.

They are more that a collision shop. If you are working with them they make you feel like family. Their level of attention to detail is operated at the highest level. Communication is top tier. I am grateful that I came across db collision!

The shop is on another level. The quality of work and the technology utilized to determine the damages to the vehicle is far above what I’ve experienced before. Staff is knowledgeable and the production manager is on point with manufacture guidelines. Definitely take your vehicle in for repairs if you are concerned with having the repairs done right.

Hands down the nicest body shop I have ever seen. All the staff and personnel were absolutely professional and courteous. They made me feel like family and gave me the confidents and understanding of the whole insurance claim and repair process. They continued to reach out to me every step of the way via email and phone calls, keeping me up to date and guiding me through the whole process. I even received a call from the owner himself to ease my uncertainty! Unfortunately, the insurance company totaled my car which was out of DB Orlando Collison’s control. I was very disappointed with the outcome as you could imagine. Even though my car was not repaired by DB Orlando Collision I would absolutely use them if I needed repair work done in the future. If you want an honest and caring shop this is the place for you. 5 Stars to the whole DB Orlando team!

I had a very pleasant experience my first time here. The staff was highly attentive and friendly, made me feel very comfortable while waiting for my vehicle. They also were very educated and and informative about the condition of my car and explained it to me in a way I could understand easily. Pricing was very reasonable.
