I came in to get an estimate on a fender and front bumper repair. They gave me an estimate for a fender repair and fixed the front bumper part free of charge (I was mostly concerned about this part). I definitely feel safer on the roads and will most likely go back to them for the fender repair. Other than the actual service, the customer service reps were great as well.

I just went in for a Damage assessment on my 2020 Nissan rouge, I’m a NEW car owner and got into my first accident. I am new to Florida and am here all alone. I had no idea what to do. I’ve been to multiple shops and they all told me they couldn’t help me given my situation. But Bobby talked to me about my situation and being completely honest with him I shared all my concerns.. and like a good old friend he gave me HONEST ADVICE. He didn’t turn me away or say dc collision couldn’t help me. Instead he told me what I should do first and then COME BACK I fell to tears at the extremely helpful advice after hitting so many dead ends He is clearly in it for the connection not the money I’ll do what I have to do and come back like you said Thank you so much Bobby

Saw they had great reviews so i called them up and i was immediately given options for a consultation appointment. I had an insurance claim and estimate already so I handed that over to them and they literally took care of the rest. Did a scan of my car, proposed repairs, had me go over the estimate with them, communicated with my insurance, and while waiting ordered parts and finally.. got to painting and reassembling! I had more done than I thought would be needed, so it took longer than I anticipated (roughly 6 weeks total) but it’s worth waiting if the work is quality, which it is! My car looks brand new again and they kept me updated through the entire process via emails, phone calls, and even texts. Christy and Emma at reception are phenomenal, i loved calling and getting to talk to them because they’re so kind and funny. Thanks for all your work guys!! :-)
