We had the best experience with db collision center! The entire staff was welcoming and professional. My mother ran into a concrete post and had major damage to her car and it was not drive able. The insurance company took 2 months to process and meanwhile the car sat at the shop taking up space. Emma kept telling us that it was no problem and that they were there to help. They did just that and in the end the insurance totaled it out and picked up the car as it was. The shop never made any money from us and we have never been treated better. It has been a long time since I have seen a company do business like this one, this is how we should be treating each other in the world and I will ALWAYS use them and will be their biggest promotor.
