The team at db is professional and thorough. We had our Subaru serviced recently and cannot express enough how pleased we are with the result. I want to comment about the db guys 'cause we had our other car serviced by a large national group in Sanford that was produced a substantially inferior product/service. The db guys are first class and I would happily drive the 60min to have them touch any of our cars.

Easily the best experience I have had at a collision shop. I brought our car to DB Orlando Collision following an accident. You never really know how it's going to work out when you find a mechanic or a collision shop, and my experience turned out to be outstanding. I do not give easy praise, but they did an outstanding job. First, battling with the insurance adjuster, arguing on my behalf to have repairs done that the adjuster would have left alone. Secondly, while I will say the repairs took longer than I would have liked, the staff, Christie and Emma, were very pleasant and kept me well updated on the progress of the repairs, and Ricky, who is a manager was always available to answer any question or concern. The shop is very clean, and seems to be run very professionally. I do not ordinarily take time to review businesses, but I will say that if I should have the misfortune of needing a collision shop again, I will absolutely bring my car back to DB Orlando Collision.

Excellent service and quality of work. I am very confident with Drew and his staff to deliver the best possible experience. It's never a good feeling to have repairs on your vehicle but DB has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
