Miss Emma west was very helpful in guiding me thru the process after my car accident she was always on top of everything and making all the necessary calls and always keeping me updated, I totally recomend db collision and if I were need their service this where I will go.

We brought our vehicle in after a crash. They had great communication with me. We it was determined by insurance the vehicle was a total loss, they gave great information on how to get the most from the insurance company. They had a lot of information and educated me on the steps needed .

My vehicle was in an accident and after doing much research we decided to bring it to db Orlando collision. The website was easy to navigate and very user friendly. Their service was excellent from the very first moment, organized, friendly and transparent. Ultimately my vehicle was declared a total loss but they guided me thru the total loss process and checked in periodically to make sure things worked out on my end. While less than ideal, I used this body shop for two separate accidents in 2022 & 2023 involving my 2018 Subaru Outback. Both times the service has been beyond compare. The front staff did a fantastic job of not only answering my questions but also keeping me informed of the progress at every single step. They handled virtually everything and kept it stress-free. Another big plus is they are a pickup/drop off location for Enterprise, so obtaining the rental car was painless. They did high-quality repairs, and the craftsmanship was beyond compare. Mr. Nanlall, Production Manager, did an excellent job of addressing some minor issues with my repairs, and he made sure the touch-ups were completed quickly and thoroughly. Hopefully, I don’t need to use them again. Still, if you need a Subaru or other vehicle repaired, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better body shop experience in the Central Florida region.

I would recommend DB to anyone and everyone! They are second to none when it comes to customer service, repair quality, and transparency! I brought my vehicle in after a nasty accident, and their customer service was unmatched when getting me an appointment that fit my schedule, communicating clearly throughout the entire process, and even going through photos of the before, during, and after of the repairs! This shop has incredible integrity. Read more for details. I was referred to DB by the Subaru dealer after I had a horrible experience with a body shop I used for years that was sold to a big company. From the minute I called DB Orlando Collision they were on top of things. They had the opportunity to charge me more money and use the other shops quote (since the other shop was preferred insurance location) but Bobby let me know the shop was able to actually save the paint and replace a few trim parts cutting the cost in half. I’ve never seen an auto repair shop lower the cost and make a decision like I would make with my own money. Even Emma at the front desk was pleasant and accommodating. She always asked if I wanted a coffee or water when I was in the waiting room and called me back within a few minutes if I left a message. Communication is on the spot from the entire team. Even Rich? (from the islands) took time to go make a minor adjustment to a trim part when I picked my vehicle up. They have EARNED 5 stars and a customer for life. Thanks!

Our daughter was involved in a hit and run that did significant damage to her car. In fact, it ended up being totaled. The advocated for her and made absolutely certain that she was getting treated fairly and kept her safety as their priority. Fair, kind and trustworthy are the words I would use to describe db Collision. Highly recommend.
