She offers you refreshments and a wonderful smile which immediately made us feel at ease. Shes kind, understanding and was upfront and honest with us. Emma is the main reason we chose DB Collision. She offered Excellent Customer service and kept in contact with us the entire time our car was being repaired. Joe and John did a great job in communicating what repairs would be needed and no hidden agenda. It was matter of fact and no BS. We didn't get a chance to meet the people who took extra care in repairing and painting our car however they did a beautiful job. Our crosstrek looked amazing. The paint was blended perfectly and overall we are very satisfied with the service we received. 10 Stars ….. Thank you DB Collision.

We had the best experience with db collision center! The entire staff was welcoming and professional. My mother ran into a concrete post and had major damage to her car and it was not drive able. The insurance company took 2 months to process and meanwhile the car sat at the shop taking up space. Emma kept telling us that it was no problem and that they were there to help. They did just that and in the end the insurance totaled it out and picked up the car as it was. The shop never made any money from us and we have never been treated better. It has been a long time since I have seen a company do business like this one, this is how we should be treating each other in the world and I will ALWAYS use them and will be their biggest promotor.
