Have to agree with all of the other posts here, this is the 6th time I have brought my vehicle here. What sets db apart from everyone else in this town is their honesty. They communicate very well, they get things done when they say they will, and if their is an issue, they will make it right. I can honestly say that I have had maybe 1 thing out of all of the cars that I thought maybe an issue and it wasn't. This is the best shop in Orlando, hands down. I didn't get asked to fill this out. I didn't get paid to fill this out. I told them I would write a review because of how I feel about this shop. There is a reason there are so many 5 star reviews and it's because it's the top shop to go to. Thank you DB customs for doing what you do and for standing behind your products and service.

In response to RWCabon: I am the customer that returned the products. The body shop did not and you all know this because it had my name on it. 2. RWCarbon sold me faulty products that the body shop ordered. I asked the body shop to please put in a request to refund the money for the mirrors that were sold to me and faulty. They processed this for me. In that process the other items were refunded also BUT the body shop refunded the money back to RWCarbon for the spoiler and the grills as I did not return those. RW Carbon has been paid for the spoiler and the front grills, the only refund was for the mirrors that were sold and faulty but they claimed were top notch. That all being said, I have taken my cars to DB Orlando Collision on 4 different occasions for work. They offer something that no one offers in town, integrity. They are the most honest body shop in town, heck they are the most honest business in town. They will do anything for you at the drop of a dime. DB has nothing to do with the items sent back, I DID. RW Carbon was also provided the funds for the other two items again. So their post is not accurate.

This place is amazing!!! They handled everything with the insurance from start to finish and kept me informed through the process. All I did was bring my car which looks great. Quality people who do quality work. I would definitely recommend. Thanks to everyone on staff.

They did a beautiful job with my Lexus! They handled not only the insurance claim for me but assisted me in getting a rental car, the whole 9 yards. Thanks Drew and team for your professionalism and clean work! They even left a rose in the car for me! Nice touch guys!

Very good customer service

We had to use DB twice in less then 6 months on two of our vehicles. Both times DB was extremely helpful through the entire process and attention to detail was second to none. The staff at DB were always friendly and answered all our questions. If your looking for a one stop shop that can handle your claim, assist with rental vehicle and takes their time to make sure you are happy with the results then look no further.

Again, we have had the pleasure of dealing with DB Customs. They seemed to be our go to guys for everything automotive. Top notch class work and service. The staff are amazing and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I've been doing business with DB for many years and I will continue to take my vehicles. Thanks DB.
