DB Orlando is one of the best shops i’ve ever taken my vehicle to. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company and DB was very transparent and Emma West was extremely helpful in walking me through the entire process. The owner, Drew, took time to explain what it might look like if i needed to hire an attorney and the shop manager, Ricky, called me weekly with updates on where why car was in the repair process. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

Very recently I brought my vehicle here in order to get items looked at that would not be covered by my insurance. All aspects of db Orlando were impressive! Beginning with the front staff - Christine and Emma that were very kind and provided clear instructions. The waiting area environment was very comfortable as well with plenty of seats - though I did not have to wait much at all! My first encounter with a specialist happened to be with Drew (Andrew) who happens to be the Director of Operations there. His customer service skills in terms of how he explained things and his knowledge were top notch! It was not assumed that vehicle parts would have to be replaced. Instead, all options were discussed and I am very thankful for that. I met with Rickey (another auto body/collision specialist there) when I picked up my vehicle and he was also very through and easy to work with. I would most certainly recommend db Orlando for any auto body work you need done - whether through insurance or otherwise (as was my case). I am so glad I found this business! 😀

I wanted to take time out to sit and write this email in an attempt to somehow articulate to all of you the amount of gratitude I have for DB Orlando Collision. Your company is a class act and your ethical standards are second to none. You have stuck by my side and kept me in the loop throughout this entire process and for that I am so blessed. You have gone above and beyond the call of duty…from recommending legal council in the event things turned unfavorable to sending me evaluations of what my cars worth so as not to be taken advantage of by my insurance company. However, this ending turned out to be a favorable and fair one and I am happy with the outcome. I will ALWAYS recommend DB Orlando above all others to anyone seeking a body shop!! Emma and Drew you have both been AMAZING and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! PS: even the representative at my insurance company said he’s NEVER had a body shop send over such thorough and precise documentation. He applauded you and respected how whole heartedly you advocated for me in your reports. I was truly lucky to have found you guys!

Our brand new Subaru was rear ended. We were very worried because it was brand new. This was The Best we could have hoped for, Emma kept us updated with everything happening before we even asked!!!! Our vehicle was returned to us in presteen condition. If you ever have a need for automotive repairs DB Collision is the place to go! Thank you to Ricky, Christie and Emma! What a great team! 🤗

I could not have been more pleased with the work that DB Orlando Collison did repairing my 2017 Kia soul. Every single individual that I dealt with was helpful, professional and pleasant to speak to. Emma kept me up-to-date on the status of the repair and they got it done ahead of schedule. Hopefully I’ll never be in another car accident again, but if I am, I am most certainly taking my car to them.

Another shop did some bad repair work. Orlando Collison found all the defects and poor workmanship so I could take photos and statements back to insurance company . DB Orlando Collison we’re amazing friendly professional and had my best interests at heart and kept me updated every step and provided assistance as needed. They truly live by their mission statement: Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it. Right is right even if no one is doing it. Thank you DB Orlando Collison
