I cannot begin to express how happy and satisfied I am with db Orlando Collision Center. I primarily worked with Ricky and Emma… however, I’m sure the entire staff provide just as exceptional, professional, and a personable experience. I have never witnessed such professionalism, personalism, and genuine GENUINE care for not only my vehicle, but me as a person- I’d write ‘customer’ but the truth is that from beginning to end I felt like family. They go above and beyond to help you. The facility is extremely clean and the communication kept between them and myself (yourself) is unparalleled, truly. They *want to help you throughout the process from beginning to end, whether your vehicle is unfortunately deemed a total loss by your ins. Company or your vehicle is repairable. I feel like nothing I write can do them the justice they deserve, but I hope that another WELL DESERVED 5 star review will. I pray I’m never in another accident, but if I am or a friend or family member is… I know exactly where I’m referring them to. If you’re looking for a ‘peace’ of mind, give them a call, you’ll be happy you did. I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience at DB Orlando Collision Center - from start to finish! The staff was friendly, attentive and professional! The facility was clean, organized and state-of-the-art! The owner, Drew Bryant, did the examination and estimating of my damage. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I know they had a lot of work already scheduled, but his team made some adjustments/tweaks to my doors and hinges (my wife backed into my quad cab truck doors which were open for loading) to where I could get them to open and close normally. I can’t even tell where the dents were! These guys have collision repair down to a science, but what I loved the most about my experience is that they‘ve not lost the human element in all of this. The were friendly, explained everything thoroughly and kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you, Drew, Emma, Josh, Ricky, Christy and the rest of the team at DB Orlando Collision Center! It takes a lot to impress me, but you guys blew me away! I will be recommending you to all my family and friends!!!

DB Orlando was by far the most professional - customer service driven - reliable - honest company I have ever dealt with in any industry. They did exactly what they said they would do, kept me updated on every detail of the repair process and was very easy to deal with. I just moved from MA and had an accident up there and already had the insurance money. I came to DB because my father in law had a fender bender amd they did am awesome job. Long story short they worked out with the insurance to cover the while repair and my Civic looks brand new. Thank you guys, you made this very easy.

Emma was beyond helpful during my experience. She communicate with me more than my insurance company did! My car ended up being a total loss so no repairs were done but if anyone is ever in an accident here i will be recommending everyone to come here.

This was my first car accident and DB Orlando Collision made everything so easy! I was afraid about the color matching since my car is pearl and not full white but they matched the color perfectly!
