I was involved in an accident back in April 18,2021. I brought my vehicle to DB Orlando Collison Center on June 3, 2021. My vehicle was at DB Orlando for almost 3 weeks. During the entire process while my vehicle was being repaired, whether it was Emma, Travis, and Drew, they were very transparent with the process and kept me up to date with regards to my vehicle and any issue that I needed it they were very supportive during the entire process. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the damage was all gone and it looked like I just bought my vehicle from the dealership lol. I would recommend to anyone who has been involved in a collision, they will work with you and the insurance adjuster to get the best deal for their customers. I highly recommend.

They did excellent work and excellent customer service. Emma and Travis were a pleasure to deal with. I've been in the customer service business over 30 years and I can say I was extremely impressed by their service! If I ever need body work again, I will definitely use them!

What a class-act place! So professional, so clean, so communicative! You can tell they take pride in what they do….and most of all, they take care of their customers. Very detailed, showed me all the pics from start to finish, detailed my car, and yes, they really do out a rose in your car. I would recommend every single person that needs service and body work like they do. Completely stress free to deal with every staff member. Thanks for taking car of my “baby”

I came to this place to fix a dent on my car. Although it costed me more than I was expecting, they have helped me safe my time and the stress as they help me through everything from dealing with the insurance paperwork to providing me a $1 loaner car which helped me continue my day to day businesses without no hassle. Not only that, they provided a very professional and courteous service, especially when they took me around their shop and showed me their procedures as well as sending me a VERY detailed pictures of their work the before during and after, which made me comfortable doing business with them as they are being open and professional. I highly recommend these guys, and definitely will come back next time I needed to get my car fixed.
