DB Orlando was by far the most professional - customer service driven - reliable - honest company I have ever dealt with in any industry. They did exactly what they said they would do, kept me updated on every detail of the repair process and was very easy to deal with. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto body work done.

I just moved from MA and had an accident up there and already had the insurance money. I came to DB because my father in law had a fender bender amd they did am awesome job. Long story short they worked out with the insurance to cover the while repair and my Civic looks brand new. Thank you guys, you made this very easy.

Emma was beyond helpful during my experience. She communicate with me more than my insurance company did! My car ended up being a total loss so no repairs were done but if anyone is ever in an accident here i will be recommending everyone to come here.

They were clean, nice, professional, and provided expeditious service for the consultation/estimate appointment. That being said, I was given an overwhelming amount of information when I brought my car for a repair estimate (after someone hit me). They gave me a ton of info about how they’ll fight the other person’s insurance company and how they’ll make sure the company pays. They also started talking about how tricky the offender’s insurance company was, implying the insurance company may not pay for all the days I needed a rental car. In the end, I never got the repair estimate I came for and they never gave me any assurance about what I should do next. I ended up taking my car to the dealership (which also had a collision center). The dealership gave me a very rough estimate (so I could begin to have an idea), told me exactly what steps I needed to take, informed me the insurance company would begin paying for the rental from the day I choose to leave my car at the collision center for repair. Although I’m sure DB could have done a great job with my car, the legal scare tactic and information overload didn’t provide any useful direction so I ended up not being serviced by them. Hope the review helps.

When I first saw all of the five star ratings, I was a bit skeptical but DB rose above my expectations. The team was professional and communicative. I really appreciate how they worked with the insurance company paying for my damages, despite delays not within DB’s control. I love my car and I’ve invested in it - DB restored the minor damage beautifully. I’m so happy with the results - and they put a rose in my car when I picked it up ❤️ Super sweet! Highly recommend this place for tour body work/repairs!
