Then I was given a tour of the facility by the owner to get an up close look at their full operation and the steps involved in getting my vehicle back on the road. The facility is very well organized and spotless. They provided a very thorough evaluation of the repairs, which included an itemized report with every single part to be replaced, photos of each part with information on the damage. The estimator took the time to make sure I was well informed on everything being repaired, the costs incurred and was always available for any questions or concerns I had along the way. The team made sure I was comfortable with the bottom line before moving forward. Professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. When I picked up my ride, I was extremely happy with the results of their hard work. They took great care with my vehicle and provided a top notch result. It looks awesome!
