Most people that truly know me would say my disdain for creating online posts is only rivaled by my reluctance for public praise which makes this review of db Orlando Collision even more unique and credible. For context, my 2019 Ford F150 Platinum SuperCrew is my dream truck (you know, the vehicle you would buy if you could afford buy any vehicle you ever wanted, crazy I know) and, as such, is treated like it cost me $1M. I care for it so well that while at the car wash the other day, I was approached by another F150 owner and offered the same money for it today that I paid for it new three years ago - obviously I passed on the offer. My job requires that I travel by air every week and, as such, I arrive at the Orlando Airport 30 minutes ahead of the normal early arrival time so I can drive around and find the absolute best parking space to avoid damage by those with little to no regard for other peoples' property. Despite my best efforts to safeguard my truck from damage, I returned from a trip several months back only to discover my rear bumper had been dented and scrapped resulting in the need to have the bumper replaced and repainted. For those of you that know the difference between a factory finish and the finish applied by most all body shops, you will relate when I say I would rather have a root canal performed without novocaine than have a non-factory finish applied to my truck. Nevertheless, as you can't get a factory finish once a vehicle rolls off the assembly line, I was faced with the challenge of finding a bodyshop capable of equaling the quality of a robotically applied factory finish in a non-factory setting. My search for such a bodyshop consisted of hours of online searching, reading of 1,000s of reviews, and ultimately visiting and interviewing 8 different bodyshops - most were terribly annoyed by my questioning of their approach, process, and finish, that is except for db Orlando Collision who was actually encouraged by my interest, concern and curiosity. bd Orlando Collision was so confident in their ability to exceed my expectations that they actually provided a half hour long guided step-by-step tour of their facility which, at the conclusion of, I knew I had finally found the one bodyshop in all of the greater Orlando metropolitan area capable of making my truck like new again. I was so happy with the work performed that I have since taken my wife's, son's, and now my daughter's vehicles all there to have various repairs performed and have been equally impressed with the work performed on each of them. Should you ever find yourself in need of an amazing bodyshop, do yourself a favor and go by and see the awesome folks at bd Orlando Collision - from your first encounter with Emma at the front desk, to Drew's thorough approach to the estimation process, to Rickey's perfectionist oversight of the repair process, you will be as amazed as the Jackson family has been. This place is good. The staff are welcoming and kind, especially the ladies up front. They market themselves as an OEM quality repair service with meticulous attention to detail. Drew, the owner, seems like a good boss and no nonsense person who will tell you what they do, how they do it, and what they can do to accommodate you. They kept me up to date with service and informed. HOWEVER, when I came to collect my car I found scratches near the drivers rocker panel, the passenger rocker was not attached to the car, and the hood was Misaligned. The hood was touching the bumper cover and there was a sizable gap on the drivers side between the fender and hood. This did NOT inspire confidence in their promise of meticulous quality. In addition I feel like the treatment of the vehicle post repair is poor as they’re just parked outside and left out in the elements. When I ask led about rectifying the immediate issues I found, he said the obligatory 15minutes no problem. This has me deeply concerned as how can a job which you quoted me 30 hrs of labour, how can it take 15 minutes to iron out the kinks. In the end they made it right.

DB Collision has exceeded my expectations. The ladies in Customer Service contacted me frequently to give me the progress and stages of repair. The other departments have been great as well in their efforts to return my car to its original condition at a reasonable price. Their workmanship is excellent. I would and I do recommend this business to friends, family and anyone seeking their services.

I was involved in a terrible accident in which I had intended repairs for my vehicle to be completed at DB collision as they were highly recommended my brother. Christy at DB made the process of being involved in an accident so much easier for me. She made things happen. She assisted me and got me in contact with my insurance adjuster, set up my rental car, and helped me every step of the way. Emma in customer service was super sweet and kept me in the loop with the progress of my vehicle. My car ended up being a total loss, but I would surely recommend anyone to bring their vehicle for any kind of repairs to this establishment. 5 stars is not enough to rate this above and beyond business!

The experience was so nice. Even though I didn't know much of what I was doing about my car the people were helpful and took care of the problems that arrive with my insurance. The girls at the front are so nice and made everything so much easier. Especially Emma. A+ Employee

I made an appointment to get my front bumper fixed to my car. Drew took a look at it and was able to have Ricky fix it nice and quick. I definitely recommend stopping by to DB Collisions for any car issues.

Just like anywhere having someone you know first hand make a recommendation normally works out great; but Andrew and the team exceeded my expectations. When I first brought my car in Andrew took the time and explained the whole process to me (setting up the drop off appointment, inspection, etc). He was very thorough and patient when he was going over the different steps and procedure. You can tell he is very passionate about his job. His passion over flows to his front line staff-Emma and Kristie. These two were incredible to work with!!! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were extremely responsive when I had any questions. Andrew is so blessed to have Emma, Kristie, and the rest of the crew! This shop is clean and organized!! We took our van here after we were rear ended. They walked us through the whole process and helped us with everything through the insurance process. All the people who helped us along the way were so thorough and kind. They were always available to talk or text with updates or questions. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!
