DB Collision is very a customer-centric business. The staff is laser-focused on providing first-class experience to customers. They are extremely courteous, patient, honest and competent.

What can’t I say about this place. The service was phenomenal. They were so meticulous with my car going over ever inch that needed to be repaired and taking the time to do it right. Communication was also stellar. I was amazed how up to date I was kept through the process. They found issues the insurance company didn’t want to recognize and pushed them to correct it. They also provided a loaner vehicle while I was waiting for my repairs. Hands down would recommend them to anyone for auto body repairs. Such a top notch establishment.

Amazing place. Andrew was awesome. Everyone from the person at the door to the people that work at the back they are all professional and just kind, generous people. I called around 4 different places before I finally found DB Orlando collision. And although they work on cars they were very willing to help me get my non vehicle piece welded back together. I was in central Florida on vacation from New England when we got in a rather serious accident (no injuries). The car was severely damaged, but I wanted my car in the hands of professionals. They were incredibly professional, honest, helpful, and walked me through every detail, including what to look for from my insurance company. They gave me the peace of mind I needed being so far from home, and even after I got home, being so far from my car. They were an advocate for me in every sense. They communicated with me on every detail including all communication with my insurance. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
