What can I say about this company? Other than it was an amazing experience, every time I had a question, they answered it right away, very friendly and caring staff.

I went in with flood damage from Hurricane Ian, and my vehicle was deemed a total loss. To think I was going to ignore this.. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Excellent customer service. I recommend this shop!!

If I could give more than five stars I would. Drew and the team at DB did an amazing job on my daughters car. The way they handled the process from start to finish was top notch. They handled dealing with the insurance company and repairing our Ford back to factory specs not letting the insurance company cut corners and use aftermarket counterfeit parts. She said the car her car was cleaner when she picked it up after the repairs than the day she bought it. They even left a flower in the front seat for her. If you ever need the best collision shop in Florida give them a call. thank you Team DB

I have a 2013 BMW that was vandalized so I researched body shops and stumbled on DB Collision, I'm so happy I brought my vehicle here, the professionalism from the moment you step into the shop is unbelievable, my contact person, Emma was incredible, she kept me updated and helped me out with the insurance through this stressful process. The repaires were flawless, my car looks brand new. I highly recommend this shop!!!

DB Orlando Collison is the best Collision shop in Orlando. The staff is so professional and so helpful. They keep you updated everystep of the way and always reassure you that all your needs and questions will be taken care of. They value their costumers. Db collision staffs are great. Customer service is one of the best. We were looking for a shop just to dry up the floor of the car due to flood from hurricane Ian. the front desk are very welcoming. Friendly and accomodating. We were directed for assessment and for quotation and Bobby was there to accomodate us. It turns out that it is not necessary to do overall interior detailing for the car. He is very knowledgable. He did explain in details and even told us tips and advices to dry out the floor. Found out that our car seat were little stuck and he put a lubricant oil without any charge. He is an asset to the organization with good customer service. I would say anyone who will avail their services will have a peace of mind because they show compassion to the customers.
