I would recommend DB to anyone and everyone! They are second to none when it comes to customer service, repair quality, and transparency! I brought my vehicle in after a nasty accident, and their customer service was unmatched when getting me an appointment that fit my schedule, communicating clearly throughout the entire process, and even going through photos of the before, during, and after of the repairs! With a variety of services, I can't imagine going to any other shop besides DB. Thank you all again!!

This shop has incredible integrity. Read more for details. I was referred to DB by the Subaru dealer after I had a horrible experience with a body shop I used for years that was sold to a big company. From the minute I called DB Orlando Collision they were on top of things. They had the opportunity to charge me more money and use the other shops quote (since the other shop was preferred insurance location) but Bobby let me know the shop was able to actually save the paint and replace a few trim parts cutting the cost in half. I’ve never seen an auto repair shop lower the cost and make a decision like I would make with my own money. Even Emma at the front desk was pleasant and accommodating. She always asked if I wanted a coffee or water when I was in the waiting room and called me back within a few minutes if I left a message. Communication is on the spot from the entire team. Even Rich? (from the islands) took time to go make a minor adjustment to a trim part when I picked my vehicle up. They have EARNED 5 stars and a customer for life. Thanks!

Our daughter was involved in a hit and run that did significant damage to her car. In fact, it ended up being totaled. The advocated for her and made absolutely certain that she was getting treated fairly and kept her safety as their priority. Fair, kind and trustworthy are the words I would use to describe db Collision. Highly recommend.

I came in to get an estimate on a fender and front bumper repair. They gave me an estimate for a fender repair and fixed the front bumper part free of charge (I was mostly concerned about this part). I definitely feel safer on the roads and will most likely go back to them for the fender repair. Other than the actual service, the customer service reps were great as well.

I just went in for a Damage assessment on my 2020 Nissan rouge, I’m a NEW car owner and got into my first accident. I am new to Florida and am here all alone. I had no idea what to do. I’ve been to multiple shops and they all told me they couldn’t help me given my situation. But Bobby talked to me about my situation and being completely honest with him I shared all my concerns.. and like a good old friend he gave me HONEST ADVICE. He didn’t turn me away or say dc collision couldn’t help me. Instead he told me what I should do first and then COME BACK I fell to tears at the extremely helpful advice after hitting so many dead ends He is clearly in it for the connection not the money I’ll do what I have to do and come back like you said Thank you so much Bobby
