They keep you updated everystep of the way and always reassure you that all your needs and questions will be taken care of. They value their costumers. From Kristi to Emma to the staff in the back, I can't help but say they are all amazing. Thank you for helping me with a bad situating and making it a pleasant one to deal with. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop here in Orlando.

Db collision staffs are great. Customer service is one of the best. We were looking for a shop just to dry up the floor of the car due to flood from hurricane Ian. the front desk are very welcoming. Friendly and accomodating. We were directed for assessment and for quotation and Bobby was there to accomodate us. It turns out that it is not necessary to do overall interior detailing for the car. He is very knowledgable. He did explain in details and even told us tips and advices to dry out the floor. Found out that our car seat were little stuck and he put a lubricant oil without any charge. He is an asset to the organization with good customer service. I would say anyone who will avail their services will have a peace of mind because they show compassion to the customers.

All of the shop staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They kept us consistently updated throughout the insurance process. The expertise went beyond their ability to work on my vehicle. They also provided a number of resources and educational opportunities to help us negotiate the process after an accident. Again , Customer service was a 10
