I brought my Toyota Camry to DB Auto Collision based on reviews I saw on Yelp and Google. I'm happy to say the reviews were right and add a 5-star review of my own. From beginning to end they provided excellent customer service and did an outstanding job on my repair. When I got into my car to leave the shop, not only was my vehicle spotless, but I found a beautiful pink rose on the passenger seat thanking me for my patronage. Hopefully I never have to have another repair, however if I do I will definitely return to this shop and also recommend it to anyone I know that needs their service.

A few months ago I got into an accident and needed to take my car in for a repair. I'm not from the area but heard great things about db Orlando Collision based on the reviews. Db did an excellent job with repairing my vehicle and working with my insurance company. Not only do they do a great job of taking care of your vehicle, they have excellent customer service. Everyone I have talked to here cares about your issue and will go above and beyond of what they're supposed to do to make you satisfied. Keisha, Travis, Drew, Jack, the Production and Estimate manager and the entire crew at DB are amazing! I recently had my 2018 Mazda CX-5 serviced with them, and they kept me updated every step of the way throughout the process. They provided courtesy text messages, and phone calls and even detailed my vehicle for me so it looked as good as new when it was returned just in time for a out of town trip that I was taking that weekend. I scraped the side of my car and a significant amount of paint was taken off, and I can’t even tell that the accident happened! Thanks DB! You guys are awesome! :)
