Based on many reviews, DB collision fits all of the criteria of a well established, quality service, welcoming environment, staffed by good people. My Lexus RX 350 needed bumper "care" and the team at db Collision led by Ricky, examined the repair, developed a solution and turned around the car far sooner than I expected. The work was flawless and met my expectations. So if you have any repair need, give these guys a chance to develop a quote and do the work for you. If needed, I certainly will return again.

I would highly recommend them to anyone with car damages. I took my car in after an accident and they quoted me $1400 less than Orlando Body and $2500 less than Ford Greenway. Not only that but Drew, the owner, was very informative about what needed to be fixed and let me decide what I wanted to fix. I was 100% satisfied with my service and would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this company for your repair needs they went above and beyond with everything. Even simple follow ups to make sure everything is well after the fact will be the reason I come back for anything in the future and will refer family/friends. Special thanks to Keisha for all the time spent with all the back and forth with Insurance company and myself and still managing to have a smile on her face! Also thanks to Travis for the walkthrough of facility which was one of the initial deciding factors of going with them for my repairs. I was in a minor accident and being new to the area, had no idea where to bring my car for repairs. I wasn’t sure whether to take the payout from the insurance company and see to the repairs myself, or to just trust the repairs to the shop. I researched online, and db Orlando Collision had a high rating. I took my car there, and they were very knowledgeable about dealing with the insurance. I decided to leave the entire matter in the hands of db collision, and I’m glad I did. I’ve never had good luck with companies like this, but they were knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very professional. They dealt with the insurance company for me, and repairs were done in a timely manner. I’m so glad I left it in their hands, because as they took the car apart, there was a lot more damage than was visible. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, because they photo-documented everything and kept in communication with me every step of the way. They even organized the rental car for me, and gave me a ride to the rental company. I felt completely taken care of. I’d recommend this company to anyone, and they have a loyal customer for life. When I picked up my car, it was pristine. The attention to detail was unlike any other company I’ve ever dealt with. I want to thank them for taking a stressful situation and making it easy for me.

My 2017 prius v was looking fantastic, outside was properly wash and the tires were even shine, even inside smells great and clean, the pre-collision repairs were done professionally as if nothing went wrong. Their staff were very awesome, Ms Keisha, and Mr Ricky the supervising manager was very detailed, and was so helpful for the minor adjustments I personally requested before hand, like putting only OEM parts ect..This event happened during Christmas holidays although they have like more than 60 cars for repairs, still the time line for repairing my car went smooth with no delays. I highly recommend thier collision center if you prefer 5stars quality service that's worth your paycheck.
