I was involved in a car accident and my car was declared total loss. db Orlando Collision was the place where my car was store until we completed the settlement with the insurance company. They are very professional and honest , they helped us with a lot of information about the whole process , what to expect and gave us their honest opinion about how to deal with the whole situation .To be in a car accident is already very stressful and to find someone that help you and give you peace of mind is priceless. My car was towed first to Ace Paint and Body Works , they are very rude, obnoxious people didn't want to take my car in because they knew it was total loss and they were not going to make any money so they didn't allow the towing truck to leave my car there , the towing truck driver called me and told me ,he didn't know what to do with my car , and neither did I , I have to little kids , no car , but towing truck driver recommended me db Orlando Collision and as soon as my car arrived there , someone contacted me , they were very nice, polite, showed concern and compassion for us asking how the accident affected us and explained what steps we had to do next . I highly recommend them !!!! The office is very nice , clean , very pleasant , the people working there are all amazing !!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that need to fix their cars or are involved in an accident.
