I have had the worst string of luck for the past year and I topped it all off by getting into an accident right before New Years. My car was in shambles and I was so torn by the accident. I called dborlando to take care of the repairs of my vehicle and I felt very comfortable talking with them. On top of that they were diligent dealing with any rental car complications that I had and before I knew it, all problems that I had with my car were completely in the back of my mind. They really know how to treat you like family and touch your heart through esteemed customer service and a professionalism that is unmatched. These guys are legit!!! My little brother got into a fender bender and had to take his car here. I spoke with Keisha and Ricky (Travis, too!), and they helped my dad and I sort things out with our insurance and made sure that we didn't get gutted by their sharks! The staff here are super respectful, polite, and considerate, and the services they offer are top notch! (P.S. Screw the one dude, "Nader Abraham", who left a false and mal-intentioned one-star review down below just for an estimate. You pay for quality. I know this first-hand.)

Great place to get your car fixed. Trustworthy and really helpful people who will go out of the way to help you. I took my car to 4 mechanics to get the turn signal fixed and knew what the exact problem was. No mechanic was ready to do it until I spent $200. A guy named Ricky at the shop fixed it within minutes without even charging me.

I have been to db Orlando Collision in two separate occasions and they took great care of my car both times. Drew was very detailed about what measures they will be taking to fix my car and what materials they will be using. Keyshia gave me updates regularly and contacted me when something was needed. They worked with insurance so I didn’t have to deal with it. They are very transparent which is why even though they were not the insurance company’s preferred shops, I insisted to take my car to dB the second time. I refuse to bring my car anywhere else.

This is why I’m giving such a poor review. So I went in to get an estimate for the damages done to my car and spoke to a man named Travis. I had previously gotten three different estimates from other auto body shops in Orlando all with 4 plus stars, they gave me fair estimates and told me how they’d work on the damages but I saw that this places had a 4.9 rating so I said maybe they’ll honor the price. Anyways Travis told me that the damages to my vehicle would cost 3000 dollars to repair even Though all the other auto body shops with the same certifications told me they would do it for literally half. I know this man was definitely taking advantage of the fact that I was young and maybe thought I was oblivious. Anyways save your money go to Le CHateau body shop they have a 4.7 rating and won’t rip you off!

Mr. Abraham, thank you for bringing in your 2019 Honda Accord, and taking the time to work with Travis to prepare your estimate. While we absolutely respect your opinion and right to voice it publicly, we want to take this opportunity to complete the explanation Travis was providing you before you departed abruptly, so that we can provide more details regarding your estimate, and address your concerns. "Honoring the price" - Every single day, we encounter people who have been provided what is called a "low ball" estimate, just as you brought to us. This unfortunate practice happens constantly, because shops want you to choose THEIR estimate, because it is the LOWEST one you receive when shopping around. What customers often don't understand until much later, and what Travis was trying to explain to you before you departed, is that many other shops will later call and tell you "the damage is worse than we thought, your car is now disassembled, and the only way to proceed is to pay us more." In the end, after more hassle and wasted time using this method, you as the customer will end up paying the same amount or more, but many people then feel frustrated and cheated. We believe that it is unfair and disrespectful to customers to behave in this way, which is why we write all estimates to be as absolutely accurate as we are capable of. While there are other shops with general certifications, we are one of few who are qualified as a Honda Certified Collision Center, which requires not only extensive specialized training, accreditation, upgraded equipment, and critically, adherence to Honda Certified Repair Protocol. What this means to our customers, is that we repair vehicles to the standards set forth by manufacturers, and once our repairs are completed and documented, they are then covered under our lifetime repair warranty, and also the manufacturers. There are many, many shops in Orlando, who will repair a vehicle to what they believe is road worthy for a lower price. We are also regularly contacted by local shops to assist them when they run into issues, and are unable to correct or calibrate many of the sensors that new vehicles come with today, and are present on your car. ABS and collision systems require specific calibration, along with seat belt pre-tensioners, distance measuring systems, and more. We fully support your right to work with the auto body shop or Certified Collision Center of your choice, and we would like to offer you a free post-repair inspection of your vehicle. We take what we do incredibility serious and are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our customers. We fly all over the country year round, training in order to provide the most innovative, accurate, & manufacture current repair as possible. Our top priority is your safety & clarity of what all has to be done to return your vehicle to pre-loss condition. We also must point out that it is disrespectful to accuse us of charging different prices based off of any of our customers age, race, gender or beliefs. We are a family business, and we pride ourselves on being transparent and honest in all interactions with customers, our team, and other professionals we encounter.
