Orlando Auto Repair

This was the second time that I used this shop for repairs to one of the vehicles in my household. I just picked up my car today after it was repaired from a rear end collision. The shop worked with my insurance company to get the necessary repairs to the vehicle that the insurance company hadn’t originally approved. They take pride in their work and it shows in the end product. When I picked up my car it was clean and detailed, there was even a rose in the car with a card attached thanking me for my business. I highly recommend D&B Orlando Collision.

I have a leased vehicle that had damages that were more than anyone could consider normal use damage. I went to Orlando Collision because of their high user rating. It was decision well made. They were professional, efficient and very timely with repairs. The work was amazingly well done. I knew where the damage was and couldn't tell it was fixed. Great work, they will be my go to place going forward

Brought my 2019 Mustang GT in because of some scratches on a door. From the initial phone call to meeting with the owner my experience here was the best and with excellent results. Thank you.

YOU KNOW I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE. I HAVE LIVED IN ORLANDO FOR 55 YEARS AND HAD USED THE SAME SHOP FOR MOST OF THOSE. WELL THE SHOP IS GONE AND SOME ONE JUST HIT MY NEW CAR THAT I HAVE HAD FOR LESS THAN 90 DAYS.I SHOPPED 3 IN TOWN ALL PRICES WERE CLOSE BUT WHAT WASN'T WERE THE PEOPLE, THE FRONT DESK WAS OVER THRE TOP NICE AND REALLY SEEMED TO CARE.THEN DREW CAME TO TELL ME ABOUT THE REPAIR AND HOW HE COULD DO IT RIGHT THE 1ST TIME .I WARNED HIM I WAS A CAR GUY AND PICKY HE WELCOMED THAT AND MADE ME FEEL THE TRUST AND UNDERSTANDING.WHAT A CLASS ACT.THESE PEOPLE KNOW THEIR STUFF AND ARE ON YOUR SIDE. TRY THEM YOU WON'T GO WRONG. MY CAR WAS DONE 3 DAY EARLY AND DONE RIGHT. OK HOPE I NEVER NEED IT AGAIN BUT IF SO I AM A LIFE TIME MEMBER OF THIS CLUB. THANKS TO YOU AND YOUR STAFF. 6 STARS ******

Great service from this branch, from my own insurance company, not so much, lol! DB Auto repairs with Nissan parts to Nissan spec. My Rogue SL AWD looks good as new. Statefarm collision team said their rebuilt and Chinese parts are just as good and my preference to use DB instead of a Statefarm 'worry free' center might cost me more money in the end. It felt like a shakedown. Statefarm tried to be a pain, but DB Auto didn't let me take the brunt of it.

I can't say enough great things about DB Orlando! Everyone on their staff is so professional, accommodating, and courteous - from the owner, to the front office, and all the fantastic guys in between. I've brought my car in there twice for repairs, and my husband gas brought his once. This is the ONLY place we will go to for repair needs. They even fixed up things that I didn't even ask for! Honest, fair, and meticulous about everything they do. They truly do go ABOVE AND BEYOND, and I can't thank them enough. ❤

Thumbs up to this amazing company. Amazing customer service! Took care of my baby (car) and made sure that I was happy with the results. They showed me all the parts that were taking off and replaced. They always were in constant communication telling me about the entire process. I had some issues with my insurance company and they still managed to take care of everything. To some things up they exceeded my expectations and very thankful. It’s hard to find detailed oriented companies and this company definitely went above and beyond thank you.

In response to RWCabon: I am the customer that returned the products. The body shop did not and you all know this because it had my name on it. 2. RWCarbon sold me faulty products that the body shop ordered. I asked the body shop to please put in a request to refund the money for the mirrors that were sold to me and faulty. They processed this for me. In that process the other items were refunded also BUT the body shop refunded the money back to RWCarbon for the spoiler and the grills as I did not return those. RW Carbon has been paid for the spoiler and the front grills, the only refund was for the mirrors that were sold and faulty but they claimed were top notch. That all being said, I have taken my cars to DB Orlando Collision on 4 different occasions for work. They offer something that no one offers in town, integrity. They are the most honest body shop in town, heck they are the most honest business in town. They will do anything for you at the drop of a dime. DB has nothing to do with the items sent back, I DID. RW Carbon was also provided the funds for the other two items again. So their post is not accurate.
