Thumbs up to this amazing company. Amazing customer service! Took care of my baby (car) and made sure that I was happy with the results. They showed me all the parts that were taking off and replaced. They always were in constant communication telling me about the entire process. I had some issues with my insurance company and they still managed to take care of everything. To some things up they exceeded my expectations and very thankful. It’s hard to find detailed oriented companies and this company definitely went above and beyond thank you.

In response to RWCabon: I am the customer that returned the products. The body shop did not and you all know this because it had my name on it. 2. RWCarbon sold me faulty products that the body shop ordered. I asked the body shop to please put in a request to refund the money for the mirrors that were sold to me and faulty. They processed this for me. In that process the other items were refunded also BUT the body shop refunded the money back to RWCarbon for the spoiler and the grills as I did not return those. RW Carbon has been paid for the spoiler and the front grills, the only refund was for the mirrors that were sold and faulty but they claimed were top notch. That all being said, I have taken my cars to DB Orlando Collision on 4 different occasions for work. They offer something that no one offers in town, integrity. They are the most honest body shop in town, heck they are the most honest business in town. They will do anything for you at the drop of a dime. DB has nothing to do with the items sent back, I DID. RW Carbon was also provided the funds for the other two items again. So their post is not accurate.

Very happy with this company. Did a fantastic job on my 20 year old Lexus, very fair price, did it in 3 days AND gave me a loner car free of charge. Highly recommend them for any collision repair, painting, etc.

Have to agree with all of the other posts here, this is the 6th time I have brought my vehicle here. What sets db apart from everyone else in this town is their honesty. They communicate very well, they get things done when they say they will, and if their is an issue, they will make it right. I can honestly say that I have had maybe 1 thing out of all of the cars that I thought maybe an issue and it wasn't. This is the best shop in Orlando, hands down. I didn't get asked to fill this out. I didn't get paid to fill this out. I told them I would write a review because of how I feel about this shop. There is a reason there are so many 5 star reviews and it's because it's the top shop to go to. Thank you DB customs for doing what you do and for standing behind your products and service.

I highly recommend db Orlando Collision they fixed my son's car and provided superior service. They were professional and provided me a full scope of the job before they started the work and we ended up with great results.

I had a great experience with db Collision! From the moment I walked into the office, their staff was so helpful and accommodating. All of the third-party insurance work was handled by db, and all I needed to worry about was going back to the shop to pick my car up after it was repaired. db ubered me to pick up my rental vehicle and provided excellent service throughout my repair. I can't say enough great things about the quality of the work and the individuals who made this experience stress-free and simple.

10/10 would recommend for any work needed on a vehicle! After being in an accident and taking my car elsewhere, the repairs that were done at another location did not make my vehicle feel safe to drive. I brought it to DB Collision after where the staff was amazing in calming my nerves and ensuring me everything would be taken care of. They were in constant communication with me and would let me know all that was happening and how they were helping. When what I expected was simply to make my car feel safe and drivable, they went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure I was more than satisfied and happy with the repairs, no matter how complicated they might have been. The staff themselves I would return for but the work on the car was just as amazing.

Fantastic job, from initial visit with my request to completed project db Orlando Collision kept me informed and took great care of me every step of the way! First impression was off the charts and then when I came to get my truck after they did some paint and body work....all I can say is WOW! 🤩 Worth every damn penny!
