This is the most professional collision center I've ever been to. I want to thank DB Collision for exceptional service and going above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I had been in a few fender benders in my BMW 528i that I did not run through insurance. Finding a collision center/body shop that world work with me paying out of pocket while delivering high quality work, was difficult. I was referred to DB Collision by a good friend of mine that had used them for two recent car accidents. I personally saw the before and after body work and was very impressed. After being given the run around by other body shops, I went with my friends recommendation. From the initial consultation, I knew my car was in great hands. Drew, the owner, personally met with me to look over my car. He explained the process with me step by step and reassured me that they would NOT do anything to the car without doing a detailed assessment of both the mechanical and cosmetic repair needs and provide me with options, so that I could meet my desired results and financial needs. The professional treatment did not stop there. Travis, the lead mechanic, followed up with me within 24hrs and instead of just giving me an estimate and break down of costs, he had me come in so he could walk me through the car to show me exactly what needed to be done and why. He made sure to point out what is merely cosmetic and what is a necessary safety item. This allowed me to have realistic expectations of costs, and make informed decisions about the work I wanted done. In the end, I was thoroughly surprised. Not only was the work superior to any body work I had ever had done previously, but the level of customer service, prompt communication, and final hand over of keys once the repair were completed was exemplary.
