Very professional

I did not have my car repaired here, however, I did stop in today to pick my friend up for lunch. I work in a different collision center, a competitor if you will. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, organization and equipment at db Orlando Collision. As somebody in the industry, who knows what they’re looking at, I can tell you that I’d have my car repaired here without any hesitation. Very impressive.

Prices were fair and customer service was 5-star. Looks like there was never any front end damage. They even washed and detailed the outside too which was nice! I just wish they didn’t detail the inside. It was a nice gesture. However, they left a bunch of crusted cleaning residue all over with a terrible smell. Almost as if it was washed down with dirty water Addendum: I’ve updated this from 3-star to 4-star because even though the detail at the end wasn’t the greatest, management reached out and made it right. They were very sincere and genuine, I appreciate that far more. The customer service was 5-star if there was a category for that.

Brought my car for the regular maintenance service and the service was exceptional and priced very fairly and the man knows his business. I will certainly be back for all my car problems in future!

Were with me every step of the way. Kept me in the loop with everything going on. Super friendly. Not going anywhere else should I need work done.
