Everyone here is incredibly nice and upfront about what's happening. They do a fantastic job and keep you informed every step of the way and work along side you to make sure you know every little thing that they are doing and the cost and options you have available. I can't recommend them enough and I will definitely go back if I have car issues again

UPDATE 1/3/18: If I can give Drew and his shop SIX stars, I would! Great post-repair customer service. Fixed an issue I only learned about weeks after picking up my car without any questions. One complaint, I didn't get my Dr. Pepper from Judy 😀 jk jk Drew and staff are awesome! In addition to the sodas Judy at the front desk offered me each time I visited, the repairs done to my car and the experience throughout were great! Drew even fought the battles with my insurance company for me. End result is a car that looked newer and cleaner than when I first bought it! Would recommend DB Orlando to anyone needing any body work on their vehicle!

A woman hit my truck, and her insurer, Progressive, tried to bully me into using their repair shop. Instead of doing so, I took it to my own repair shop, DB Orlando Collision, and Drew took over, dealt with Progressive, repaired my truck the way that it should have been and I didn't have to do anything. He was able to get more money for my damages than Progressive initially offered. I highly recommend DB Orlando Collision and Drew Bryant.

10 STARS! Drew and his team are the definition of how an auto body shop should provide excellent service and workmanship in the auto body industry. In my 20 years of being professionally involved with auto finishing, I have never seen such impressive customer service and immaculate workmanship the way I experienced it with DB Orlando Collision. I have always been paranoid about how shops prep and paint my car since I am extremely particular and know how many shops take shortcuts to save money or just don't have that detailed eye to ensure a perfect finish. Not the case with Drew and his team. They did a beautiful job painting my front bumper. I am trained to spot the tiniest flaw in paintwork but I couldn't find anything wrong with their work. I am truly impressed and very happy with the results. Drew is a fantastic example of expertise and professionalism. He is the first shop owner who has ever made me feel comfortable and confident in putting my precious car in their hands with full trust. Hats off to Drew and the entire team. You all should be very proud of the work you do for your customers...you are a rare and special shop.

So let me start off by saying I think a lot of businesses could learn a lot from how this business operates. Now a days good customer service has almost totally gone away, but DB Collision has brought back my faith that there are places who still offer great customer service. It takes a lot for me to want to write a review for a business whether that is good or bad, but I feel that I had to tell people how great my experience at DB Collision actually was. I am very picky about my car, and who works on it. DB Collision was recommended to me from someone I know in the Car industry and after reading the reviews I decided to take my car there after someone had ran into the side of my car. Right off the bat they helped my with any and everything I needed to do. Judy and Drew are super professional and courteous. They made sure to keep me up to date with the status of my vehicle, along with taking care of everything the insurance company needed. Because of how picky I am about my car, I was sure once I got it back I would be able to see where the car was fixed. Maybe it wouldn't be that obvious, but I would be able to tell somewhat... Not only can I not tell where the work was done, but my car looks better now that it did before it was hit!!! My car is almost 2 years old, and now looks brand new again! I can not say enough about how good their work is at DB Collision. I am not getting anything in return for this post, I just really wanted to let people know how good the work and customer service is at this place! I have posted a before and after photo of my car so you can see the difference yourself. I can not thank Drew, Judy and the rest of the team at DB Collision for the outstanding work and professionalism!

I don't normally write reviews (positive or negative) but I was compelled to write this review simply because of the extraordinary service I received at DB Orlando Collision. My car was recently involved in a collision and I did not have collision coverage - OUCH! I was terrified about the repair cost and more terrified about getting ripped off by a cheap, sleazy repair shop. The collision was bad enough that the car could not be taken from one shop to another without a tow truck. So I spent hours researching online to look for the BEST repair shop in Orlando and I came across DB: The only place in Orlando with *ALL* 5-star reviews. I took my chances here, because I knew that dealing with an honest shop meant that I did not have to pay hefty towing costs to get multiple estimates. Plus, DB did not charge me to get an estimate. Soon enough, I got an estimate from Drew along with a full explanation in layman's terms on what needed to be repaired and why. Drew was kind enough to let me order my parts and work with me to give me a *more than fair* price on labor/installation. Drew also did not charge me storage fees for the car, while the parts were being shipped. He did NOT nickle and dime me. In my conversations with Drew - I found him to be honest, sincere and knowledgeable. He realizes the importance of amazing his customers and maintaining a pristine reputation. Most important of all - he clearly puts his customer's best interest above everything else and that is why I believe his business will be around for a long, long time. I'm lucky to have found Drew and am very grateful for his repair service. If you're lucky enough to have come across DB Orlando Collision, look no further - you've found THE place in Orlando to get your car repaired.
