I tried fixing my car with them because the reviews were amazing. Unfortunately, the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude. She repeatedly cut me off, talked to me like a I was dumb, and whenever I tried to ask a question she made it seem like it was beneath her. Decided not to move forward on that experience alone.

This place was wonderful very helpful and the people that work there keep you nice and informed and updated each time I love it would definitely come back if help is needed and I will recommend anyone to come here ( Joanie , Zuly , Christian ) we’re GREATTTT THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! Even tho I had issues with my insurance everyone here at the colisión was very nice and helpful throughout my process !!! ❤️❤️

I used DB Orlando Collision to repair a deep scratch in my car door. I got 2 estimates with the other being 60% more $$$. That, plus the terrific reviews made my decision. The work done was of the highest quality. In addition, EVERYONE there was professional, kind and friendly. No reason to go anywhere else though I hope to never need them again. 🤞🏻
