Drew is the most top notch, honest, and trustworthy collision repair person I've ever met. My husband has been to see Drew on several occasions, and his work is impeccable and precise. He does it right. Drew went way above and beyond to take a look at the mark on the entire right side of my vehicle, which he proceeded to have buffed out at no charge. I was shocked, impressed, and extremely grateful considering someone looked to intentionally do that to my car. I've seen Drew's work on husband's car, and now mine, and I would rec him, hands down, over anyone else, period.

When you move over 1100 miles there are many things you loose in that move. One of them happens to be you local auto body shop. I realized this when I got into a fender bender on May 1st. My Charger had received significant damage and unlike living in my previous state, I had no one to turn to for help. This is when I turned to yelp to start my search. I came across many repair shops and put in calls, some were too busy, some couldn't get to my car for weeks. When I called DB Orlando Collision Center, they were very kind and worked me into their schedule. This was a shot in the dark for me, all I had to go on was their YELP reviews. Meeting with the owner when my car arrived at their place, he reassured me that he was going to make my car like it was new again. Not only would he work with the insurance company, he would also keep me in the loop as to what was going on. And he did exactly that. I couldn't ask for any more updates on what was going on with my vehicle at all times. They made sure that I was in the loop. In the end, I picked up my vehicle when I was told it would be ready and was blown away at the quality of work. My worries were gone. I now had a auto body shop in Florida on my list if I ever needed one. I highly recommend DB Orlando Collision Center for your auto needs. They are kind, friendly and very professional and deserve every "star" in this review. Thank you very much for making my car whole again. One last thought, the shop is amazingly clean. They did an excellent job, painting the hood of my car. The paint match was perfect, and the job was completed on time. Will gladly use them again.

Excellent service! My car had a little problem with a service they provided previously but as soon as I took the car back I was reassured that it was going to get fix that same day, and it was. I was not upset at all that I had to go back because the owner explained exactly what went wrong the first time, how he was going to fix it and that I have lifetime guarantee on the job they did. The price was definitely much more affordable than what other places where charging, so even if I had to go back to them it gave me peace of mind knowing that I didn't have to pay extra for that same service and I received a car detailing service after the first time and the second time they wash it. The receptionist was really nice. I took my car in spring 2017.

10 STARS! Drew and his team are the definition of how an auto body shop should provide excellent service and workmanship in the auto body industry. In my 20 years of being professionally involved with auto finishing, I have never seen such impressive customer service and immaculate workmanship the way I experienced it with DB Orlando Collision. I have always been paranoid about how shops prep and paint my car since I am extremely particular and know how many shops take shortcuts to save money or just don't have that detailed eye to ensure a perfect finish. Not the case with Drew and his team. They did a beautiful job painting my front bumper. I am trained to spot the tiniest flaw in paintwork but I couldn't find anything wrong with their work. I am truly impressed and very happy with the results. Drew is a fantastic example of expertise and professionalism. He is the first shop owner who has ever made me feel comfortable and confident in putting my precious car in their hands with full trust. Hats off to Drew and the entire team. You all should be very proud of the work you do for your customers...you are a rare and special shop.
