Three words say it best, Incredible Business Experience! We had very extensive damage on the passenger side of our 2024 Mustang GT convertible that I did not think could ever be fixed to my satisfaction….I was wrong. Our experience with Emma in checking the car in and monitoring the admin side of things, along with Jose making sure we had pics and we were up to speed on the entire repair process from ding to dong was nothing short of remarkable. When we flew down from Atlanta to pick the car up, the seamless manner in which we were able to get in and get out was simply icing on the cake. That, along with an absolutely perfect paint match, were making us feel like we made the right choice. We were still a little apprehensive considering we had almost $16K worth of repairs and had a 500 mile drive ahead of us. I will only say we were not 10 miles up the road before all doubts were 100% erased! The car was more sound than the day we bought it brand new. On the way to Atlanta I varied speeds from 60 mph to a good bit over the speed limit, sometimes in pouring down rain…it did not matter, the car was perfect! I have over 30 years of automotive background and I would recommend DB to anyone at anytime, there is no doubt they are the leaders when you talk about auto body and collision repair! BTW, I am setting up a session with my 2024 GMC Sierra Denali 3500 to simply have a few minor road dings repaired.
