db Orlando Collision provides auto collision repair, bodywork, refinishing, and related services. All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, insurance approvals (if applicable), and industry standards.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided based on initial inspections and may be subject to change upon further evaluation or disassembly of the vehicle.
Final costs may vary depending on parts availability, labor, and additional repairs identified during the service.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.
3. Insurance Claims
If your repair is covered by insurance, you are responsible for any deductible, out-of-pocket expenses, or costs not covered by your insurance provider.
We work directly with many insurance companies but ultimate financial responsibility lies with the vehicle owner.
4. Vehicle Pickup & Storage
Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of service completion unless other arrangements are made.
Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond the agreed period.
5. Warranty & Liability
We provide a limited warranty on repair workmanship and refinishing. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties when applicable.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, misuse, or subsequent damage unrelated to our repairs.
While we take great care with every vehicle, db Orlando Collision is not responsible for loss or damage caused by unforeseeable events such as theft, fire, natural disasters, or acts beyond our control.
6. Website Use
The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only.
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful code, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
