I got into an accident recently and I didn’t know where to go. I stumbled upon DB Orlando Collision when looking up reviews and saw they had a new location kind of near me. When I went to check them out and get a free quote, I was immediately struck by how incredible their facility is! This isn’t some run of the mill repair shop, everything is state of the art! I was greeted by a true ray of sunshine, Emma. She talked me through the process and then Jose took a bunch of pictures and explained what to expect from the estimate that he was going to put together. I was sent an estimate within two days that was very fair and within the budget that I had set. I then received a sharepoint link with all of the procedures they were following as prescribed by Mazda as well as over 200 pictures documenting every step of the disassembly, repair, paint, and reassembly. Not only that, I got regular updates from Emma and Jose about how things were going. When the time came to pick up my car, I was shocked! I pulled up in the loaner they gave me to find my pride and joy sitting there looking better than the day I bought her! Emma welcomed me in, as cheerful as ever, genuinely excited to see my reaction of how incredible my car looked. Jose took me up to a very nice room where he painstakingly went through all of the photos and explained all of the repairs (he even surprised me with a couple of things that I didn’t think were possible to fix!). Tl;dr: DB Collision Orlando - West has impressed me beyond belief by the quality of their work, their incredible customer service, the honesty of their business, and the ease of your process. You guys have a customer for life!

They are amazing! My experience was easy and painless. I only showed up with the vehicle, key, and a sad face. They dealt with my insurance company on my behalf and I am happy. I had a minor problem with my mirror and they fixed that and checked the system. It was raining, Emma met me outside with an umbrella to escort me into the building. Thank you Emma and Jose you made my experience painless. They even returned my rental at the end!!! Concierge service doesn’t get any better than this!!
